Janiye kaise aap aasan tarike se bana sakte hai Eggless Honey Almond Tea cake ghar par bina oven ke!
Ingredients
All-purpose flour- 1 and 1/4 cup
Honey- 1/4 cup
Almonds- 1/2 and 1/4 cup
Sugar- 1/4 cup
Milk- 1/2 cup+ 1/4 cup
Oil- 1/4 cup
Milk powder- 2 tbsp
Baking powder- 1 and 1/4 tsp
Baking soda- 1/2 tsp
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Rose Essence- 1/2 tsp
Cake tin - 6 inch

Hi Madhavi, how are u? Eggless Honey Almond Tea Cake looks yummy, soft & fluffy & mouthwatering.👌👍😋👏🙏 Can we use wheat flour or Ragi flour instead of Maida & will the cake be soft & spongy & I think should not be heated, then can we can sdd jaggery powder or sugar? For how many minutes & at what temperature can ee bake this cake in OTG?

Yes you can add wheat flour. If you add ragi flour add little wheat flour along with ragi flour. You can take jaggery powder. You can bake in OTG for 180°C for 40-45 minutes

You can take 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp sugar in place of 1/4 cup sugar if you skip honey

Hi Madhavi ji, I follow all your recipes I tried fruit cake, it was well cooked even raisen up, but after cooling down, went down from middle. Also the quantity did not come as expected. What could be the reason?

Cake sank in the middle means the cake was not baked properly inside. You should have baked it a little more. It also happens if the batter is too thin.

Ye honey cake hai isliye honey must hai. Agar aap honey na use karna chahe to sugar 1/2 cup+ 2 tbsp lijiye 1/4 cup ki jagah

Ingredients: 1/2cup almonds 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup almonds to decorate 3/4 cup milk +1 tsp vinegar or 1/2 cup yogurt 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup oil 1/2tsp rose or vanilla essence 1.25cups all purpose flour 2tbsp milk powder 1.25 tsp baking powder 1/2tsp baking soda
