Let's go to the root cause of this problem of not speaking English. If all schools teach all subjects in English & learn Sinhala &. Tamil as a language, everyone should have a better future.

Madam, I work for a bank. It is true that there are employees specially degree holders still at clerk level. They havent been able to climb up the ladder in the institution because their lack of confidence in communication... I really love teching English to them. Not only them but also the kids who are really struggled and afraid of the languge...I have a burning desire to teach them...But I need to learn too, otherwise I feel guilty ..So madam please let me know how to become a professional teacher...the golden path to become a true teacher. Hope you help me to do that.
