27 years ago, on the 14th of June 1993, Lyceum International School was given her wings to fly. What started out as a father's search for education for his son has now taken flight into a multidimensional, top-class institution, becoming the Alma Mater of a student populace of over 20,000.
The humble beginnings of Lyceum should never be forgotten, and the countless sacrifices made by Dr. Mohan Lal Grero and Dr. (Mrs) Kumari Grero are bearing fruit even as we speak today.
We are eternally indebted to our Founder, who celebrates his birthday on this special day, for choosing to say yes to walk down this arduous yet rewarding path of bringing to life our magnanimous school.
Lyceum International School has reached great heights and can even be considered a national asset at this time, providing quality education to students of all walks of life and giving equal opportunity to her children.

අදින් වසර 27 කට පෙර, 1993 ජුනි 14 වන දින පියෙකු විසින් තම පුතුට අධ්‍යාපන අවස්ථාව උදා කර දීම උදෙසා ඇරඹි පෙර පාසලක් අද සිසුන් 20000 කට අධික පිරිසකට අධ්‍යාපනයේ දොරටු විවර කර තිබේ.
මෙම සුවිශේෂී දිනයේ ලයිසියම් නිර්මාතෘ ආචාර්ය මොහාන් ලාල් ග්‍රේරු සහ ආචාර්ය කුමාරි ග්‍රේරු දෙපල විසින් විසි හත් වසරක් පුරා කළ අනුපමේය කැපකිරීම් වල ප්‍රතිඵලයන් අද ඵලදරා ඇති අතර අද පාසලත් සමග සිය ජන්ම දිනය සමරන ලයිසියම් නිර්මාතෘ තුමන්ට අපි සදාකාලිකව ණයගැති වන්නේ සෑම තරාතිරමක සිසුන්ට අධ්‍යාපන අවස්ථා උදාකර දෙන
ජාතික සම්පතක් හා සමාන වටිනාකමක් ලයිසියම් ලබා ඇති නිසාවෙනි.
ඉදින් දයාබර ගුරු පියාණෙනි,27 වසරකට පෙර දුටු සිහිනය, අද අප සැමගේ යථාර්ථය බවට පත් කිරීම පිළිබඳව ස්තූතියි.

Grade 1-8 all should do Cambridge GRADE 9 and above can choose national or Cambridge For lyceumers they miss the grade 9 work totally
