Brilliant concert ,as usual with a very bright selection of ragas & soulful rendition of the compositions of Saint thyagaraja . Hope we get to listen more often to this Scholarly artist. The electrifying accompaniment by Ganesh prasad , shri Patri sathish kumar & BS purushothaman , has embellished & enhanced the concert to a very high quality. The kalpana swarams for Alagallalladagani were brilliant. The Majestic shankarabaranam with a superb grahabedham to karaharpriya was superb. Brilliant neraval in naa tharama in the song ethudanilichi ,had the TNS stamp everywhere. Scintillating Thani by patri & purshothaman, was a melodious treat. On the whole, A very fulfilling concert by the entire team of Vidwans. Thanks to Arkay . Congrats to krishna & the accompanists !
