What I REALLY like about your recipes is that right at the start you put the ingredients list. It may be brief, but we can pause it, and either take note or write it down, THANK YOU! I just found your recipes today, but will be looking at them a lot more...I like the pressure cooker you use, where did you get that? It looks like the lid CANNOT be blown off. I need to get one anyway, so I can get one like that if you tell me the brand name or who sells it, again THANK YOU!

Made up a 2nd batch a few days later with chopped tomatoes and basil. 1/2tsp of chili powder. Turned out much better then 1st batch. Simply delish. Great recipes and thank you for taking your time to share with us. Looking forward to trying your other recipes.

made this on Sunday...had with some dal and rice..added a little jamaican scotch bonnet hot pepper, and didn't have any green peas so used can corn! It was was very tasty!

Madhura, Mala tu ekdam khoop aavadlis. Khoop chaan samjavoon sangtes jase lahan mulaan na sangtat tase. Speaking in marathi mool accent. Ur family is very lucky to have such a passionate person among them. Appreciate your husband who must be is helping you in your passion. Both of you keep it up. Hi Madhura, You have prove that there is no limit for cabbage bhaji. We know only 2or3 different traditional recipes. Not much change . But u've shown us something different. Apart from this I've a different query regarding making KOHALYCHE SANDGE Sarswat style. This is used by Sarswat in making Sandgyachi Aamti. Will u be kind enough to put it on ur blog. Thanks. I found a very good Indian store with everything needed to make really good Indian food. I don't like okra at all, but my parents love it, so I was thinking of making your stuffed okra, and see what they say. I never saw anything like it before-Thank YOU!

Awesome recipe - will definitely try this out. However, I would always recommend washing all veges, including frozen veges (frozen peas, or any mixed veges - can be done over a sieve real quick), just to ensure cleanliness and removal of any previous residue, and this also thaws it every so slightly.
