सोप्या पद्धतीने केशर मोतीचूर लाडू बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १ कप बेसन
• १/२ कप + १ मोठा चमचा पाणी
• १ मोठा चमचा पाणी
• १/४ चमचा खायचा केशरी रंग
• तळण्यासाठी तेल
• ३/४ कप साखर
• काही एव्हरेस्टच्या केशराच्या काड्या
• १ चमचा साजूक तूप
• २ चमचे मगज / भोपळ्याच्या बिया
• एव्हरेस्टचा केशरी मिल्क मसाला
• चांदीचा वर्ख
• पिस्त्याचे काप
Today’s recipe is easy keshar motichoor ladoo. With Gauri-Ganapati festival round the corner, you must be looking for easy and quick sweet recipes. This is one such recipe. This is a very easy and simple recipe. If you can make these ladoos at home, then why to buy from the market? You might be thinking that this is a very difficult recipe. Will be I able to make it at home? Here I am with easy and simple recipe. I will share few tips and tricks to make boondi and also ladoo. The ladoo looks tempting and tastes super delicious. You can make these ladoos for offering naivedya to Gauri and Ganapati. Or you can make it on some other special day too!! You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Ingredients:
• 1 cup Besan
• 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp Water
• 1 tbsp Water
• 1/4 tsp Saffron food color
• Oil for frying
• 3/4 cup Sugar
• 1/4 cup Water
• Few Everest Saffron strands
• 1 tsp Ghee
• 2 tsp Magaj / Pumpkin seeds
• Everest Keshari Milk masala
• Silver work
• Sliced Pistachios
Method:
• Sieve besan into a bowl and add water.
• Beat the mixture really good.
• Add water and beat it well.
• Again add water and beat the mixture well.
• If you pour the batter from a spoon the it should fall drop by drop and not continuously. We need
such consistency of the batter.
• Add food color and mix well.
• Cover and rest the batter for about 10 minutes.
• Beat the batter really good.
• Pour it into a plastic bag and seal the bag.
• Heat up oil on high heat in a pan for about 3-4 minutes and then turn the heat to low to medium.
• Make as small hole as possible to the plastic bag and drop boondies into hot oil.
• Fry the boondi well from all sides.
• Take the boondi out, drain excess oil and transfer it into a dish. Boondi for motichor ladoo is
ready.
• For making sugar syrup heat up a pan on medium heat and add sugar and water.
• Mix well and let sugar melt.
• Add Everest saffron strands and mix well.
• After cooking the syrup for about 7-8 minutes on medium heat turn off the gas and check the
consistency.
• Take few drops of syrup in a dish and check.
• We want a little thicker syrup that single thread consistency syrup. Syrup is ready.
• Add ghee and mix well.
• Add hot fried boondi in hot syrup and mix well.
• Cook for about 3-4 minutes and turn off the gas.
• Spread the boondi well and cover it with lid.
• Rest the mixture for about 30-45 minutes. Stir well at the regular intervals.
• Add pumpkin seeds, Everest keshari milk masala and mix everything well together.
• Roll ladoos from the mixture and garnish with silver work and pistachios slices.
• Keshar motichoor ladoo are ready.
• You can make around 12 ladoos from the proportion used.
