15లక్షలు విలువ చేసే ఇల్లు నీ ఫ్లాట్ నీ 65 లక్షలు నుండి కోటి యాభై లక్షలు అమ్ముతున్నారు. అది మధ్య తరగతి ప్రజలు మీద పడి దోచుకుంటున్నారు. మధ్య తరగతి ప్రజలకు బడాయి కి పోయి ఇబ్బందుల కొని తెచ్చుకుంటున్నారు. మొత్తం మీద మంచి న్యూస్ చెప్పారు. ఇంకో 20 సంత్సరలు ఇలాగే కొనసాగితే మధ్య తరగతి వాడికి ఊరట కలుగతది.

కరెక్ట్ కాదు. ఒక చదరపు అడుగు నిర్మాణం కు 1600 - 1800 అవుతుంది. కానీ 7000 - 8000 అమ్మకం ధర. భూమి కొరకు కొంత కేటాయించినా ఇది చాలా ఎక్కువ. రిజిస్ట్రేషన్, స్టాంప్ డ్యూటీ లు విపరీతం అయ్యాయి.

Why don’t u see that people are getting rich on the other side most of the flats newly available are in the range of 65-1.25 crore category there is very less stock available in 40-60 lakhs category that is also a reason of less sales because most builders know basic flats will not make profits so they are going with mid range to luxury and average size of flats is also reason for price hike from year 2000-2015 average size was less than 550-800 sqft category now average size of flat is around 1000-1050 sqft so this makes price difference people mentality also changed a lot most people are willing to buy big size flats they want more space and room and privacy so all these factors eventually increase there budget so people who were willing to buy small size flat now waiting and saving for mid size flats

Empty houses are high due to high cost as per your logic, and construction has slowed down. However steel & cement cost doesn't come down, they increased rapidly. This will again effect the feedback loop to increase house prices further. Bottom line is, real-estate need to understand their unrealistic high profit margin basement, if it continues in same trend, Helicopter 🚁 traffic jam is only option 😂😂😂😂.

You are correct, we have to feed these Fellowes like Bulders,Bankers,Governament Authorites, Brokers,Officers and somany other people and always our position is like bigger,loan defaulted one...why should we take this kind of pressure, if you want buy 3bhk required more then 1 crore and you have mobilize at least 20 lakes as initial payment the balance of 80 lakes will be loan and monthly EMI will be 60,000 approx and run your family,school,medical,transport expenses will come at least 40,000 per month.. please look how many people are earning monthly 1 lakh as fixed income per month, there is no base price increase within last 4 years just doubled the Apartment prices in Hyderabad...better go for rent and start saving the money once accumulated buy the home with net cash this is the best option as per my analysis.

You conveniently forgot to mention that greedy builders are building luxury apartments with unnecessary frills and increasing their profits. Let them construct simple no frills apartments with no modular kitchens and video door bells prices will come down. Middle class can buy and can latet install such fancy frills at a later stage ! Wishful thinking!

Bledi Real Estate market in our Hyderabad too much of hiking neither about the lands nor about the Apartment Flats, I have seen some apartment flats idiotic owners have no sense to offer the prices for the selling which r 15 to 20 years older flats, they demanding like their flats prices equally with new flats cost...!!! For new flats if market is demanding it may makes some sense but older flats also demanding posting the prices equally with new flats rates only ...!!! All these because of Recent days Registry Charges hikes only impacting...!!! TRS Govt really hiking the charges like Burdening on middle class families making no hope to survive in Hyderabad City...🇮🇳🚩🙏🙏🚩🇮🇳

Remember one thing in older flats they offer mostly UDS in new flats UDS IS ALMOST equal to nothing and older flats are mostly in core city and prime areas new flats are mostly outskirts so this the reason why older flats are more worthy and most importantly rents are high in older fats

No one will buy apartments/flats even if they become affordable. These real estate agents/realtors are actually time travelers. They came back from the time 30 years later and quoting the prices that should be quoted 30 years later.
