Awesome! Before ASMR was a known thing, back when I was a kid I would always get tingles at the doctors. Didn't matter what it was for, eye exam, sore throat, etc. I never even considered that other people would have gotten the same feeling. This was nostalgic in a way and I appreciate it! I also agree about the "go be a model" sentiment :)

Hi Madi! Thanks for checking my eyes today! One question popped up in my head though, Is your lightsource facing you or is it reflecting from a Surface? I have heard that videos look better, if your light is reflecting from a wall or a special Surface. I belive it is easier on both your and our eyes, as it reduces the amount of shiny spots appearing. For professional productions they use defusers I think they are called like those white umbrellas over bright lights. It gives the same effect as reflected light but easier to work around

For those curious, yes diffusers are used by pros. However they are incredibly expensive. The light bouncing technique is fantastically effective (I have used it myself to photograph oil paintings), and can be put together for a fraction of the cost. I have literally used dollar store foam board, some creative clamping, and 5000 lumen led work lights I "borrowed" from home Depot. (Meaning I returned them...not stolen lol). Total cost was about $6 afterward.
