There was an article in 2010 where they interviewed Roger Woodward about his Niagara Falls incident. It’s crazy. He says he can still smell the water when he remembers the incident. Looking forward to see you in Dallas. Wanted to drop something off for you and Paddles but I have no idea how to do that for backstage so will send you via mail. Look forward to your pubcasts! Thank you for this weekly entertainment.

If you cross a corgi with another type of dog, the mix will basically be a corgi-sized version of the other breed. Like the beagle-colored corgi. Spent way too much time looking at adorable pictures of the various combinations. The ones from a corgi and a St. Bernard still crack me up.

(We don't live too far away, but we want to make it a weekend) What do you want? I'll make a list! If the weather is nice, City Park is beautiful. There is an outdoor art museum, an adorable fable/storybook based park, and botanical garden. There is even a Café du Monde located in the park. OMGosh! So excited!

I still had it set on "no contact" setting, but whatever she sent me a text saying "I'm here." O.k. I set it for "no contact nonsense" or whatever, so I go stomping myself outside and see her standing on my driveway. She said, " sorry! I SAW A SNAKE!" And I was like, "oh, crap! Thanks for warning me!" I still gave both her and taco bell 5 stars, but I did not really mean it

NIAGRA MAN IS STILL ALIVE: 7-year-old Roger Woodward-who later developed a love of boating, became a certified diver, even joined the Navy-became the first person to go over the Falls by accident and live. He had one peaceful moment during the chaotic, scary incident. While he was going over the brink of the Falls, he said he felt like he was “floating in a cloud. I had no sensation of up or down.” Newspapers called it a “miracle” that he survived the rocky bottom of Horseshoe Falls. It may have been a “water cone” that broke his fall, a phenomenon of water and air bouncing back up from the rocks. The retired white collar worker, who still lives in Alabama suffered only a slight concussion, scrapes and bruises. His first word when rescued in Ontario by the tour boat at the bottom was reportedly, “Gosh”. (Source is my daily History column: goodnewsnetwork DOT org/events060709/)
