Maria *is* a bully. She's just a bully that happens to also be charismatic and likable when she wants to be. Not terribly different from Trump. I'll never understand the massive fandom that grew around her.. glad she didn't become Bachelorette.

People consider someone who sticks up for themselves unabashedly to be a bully

ok, and why did she need to “stick up for herself” in the first place? Getting worked up and feeling the need to bitch to other people about someone else’s very real insecurity is dismissive of that person’s lived experience and very much a form of bullying. Medina used the ‘bully’ word in that moment because that IS how she genuinely felt, her decision to take it back on this platform was 100% influenced by Maria’s popularity. Keep in mind this wasn’t the only time Maria had to “stick up for herself” - she found herself in this type of situation regularly because she caused them to begin with.

@@nadiainthesky your profile makes you look 14. but with that said, explain how you can defend Sydney making up rumors and lies to make Maria seem like a bad person? Maria was never the bully. she's outspoken and knew what she wanted, and many girls didn't like that. this is why she was included in so many arguments but you know who always ended up clearing the air in those arguments whether that be on the show or in the tell all... MARIA. I really don't side with anyone ever on the bachelor(ette) but Maria 100% was always in the right and was very mature for the hate she received by other girls. her and Jenn were my two favorites on that season
