Today we'll be going to the garden of Hadhrat Salman Farsi R.A
The Garden of Salman Al Farsi is a beautiful historic site in the Blessed City of Madinah which, contains 300 date palms that were planted by The Blessed Prophet Muhammed (Peace and Blessings of God Be Upon Him) himself to free his companion Salman Al Farsi (RA). The garden also contains a well with beautifully fresh sweet water which you can taste. You can visit the garden, taste the water, and buy dates from this blessed garden. It is also located a few minutes away from both the Ghars Well .Salman the Persian (رضي الله عنه) came to the Prophet (ﷺ) to seek his counsel and his help. His master, a Jew of the Bani Quraizah, kept him so hard at work on his property south of Madinah that he had never been able to have close contact with the Muslim community. It had been out of the question for him to be at Badr or Uhud or take part in any of the lesser forays which the Prophet had led or sent out during the last four years.He had asked his master what it would cost to set him free, but the price was far beyond his means. He would have to pay forty ounces of gold and plant three hundred date palms. The Prophet told him to write his master an agreement to pay the gold and plant the trees. Then he called on his Companions to help Salman with the palms, which they did, one contributing thirty palm-shoots, another twenty, and so on, until the full number had been reached. “Go dig the holes for them Salman,” said the Prophet, “and tell me when thou hast done, and mine is the hand that shall put them in.” The Companions helped Salman to prepare the ground, and the Prophet (ﷺ) planted each of the three hundred shoots, which all took root and thrived.As to the remainder of the price, a piece of gold the size of a hen’s egg had been given to the Prophet (ﷺ) from one of the mines, and he gave it to Salman, telling him to buy himself free with it. “How far will this go towards what I have to pay?” said Salman, thinking that the price had been greatly underestimated. The Prophet (ﷺ) took the gold from him and putting it in his mouth he rolled his tongue around it. Then he gave it back to Salman, saying: “Take it, and pay them the full price with it.” Salman weighed out to them forty ounces from it, and so he became a free man.

Taman Salman Al Farsi adalah situs bersejarah yang indah di Kota Madinah yang diberkati, berisi 300 pohon kurma yang ditanam oleh Nabi Muhammad (damai dan berkah Allah besertanya) sendiri untuk membebaskan sahabatnya Salman Al Farsi ( RA). Taman ini juga berisi sumur dengan air manis segar yang dapat Anda cicipi. Anda dapat mengunjungi taman, mencicipi air, dan membeli kurma dari taman yang diberkati ini. Letaknya juga beberapa menit dari Sumur Ghars
Salman orang Persia (رضي الله عنه) datang menemui Nabi (ﷺ) untuk meminta nasihat dan bantuannya. Majikannya, seorang Yahudi dari Bani Quraizah, memaksanya bekerja keras di tanah miliknya di selatan Madinah sehingga dia tidak pernah bisa berhubungan dekat dengan komunitas Muslim. Tidak mungkin baginya untuk berada di Badr atau Uhud atau mengambil bagian dalam serangan-serangan kecil yang dipimpin atau dilancarkan Nabi selama empat tahun terakhir.
Dia telah bertanya kepada tuannya berapa biaya untuk membebaskannya, namun harganya jauh di luar kemampuannya. Dia harus membayar empat puluh ons emas dan menanam tiga ratus pohon kurma. Nabi menyuruhnya untuk menulis perjanjian kepada tuannya untuk membayar emas dan menanam pohon. Kemudian beliau menyeru para sahabatnya untuk membantu Salman dalam mengurus pohon palem, yang mereka lakukan, ada yang menyumbangkan tiga puluh pucuk palem, dua puluh lagi, dan seterusnya, hingga jumlah penuh tercapai. “Pergilah gali lubangnya untuk mereka, Salman,” kata Nabi, “dan beritahu aku kapan kamu sudah melakukannya, dan tangankulah yang akan memasukkannya ke dalamnya.” Para sahabat membantu Salman mempersiapkan tanah, dan Nabi (ﷺ) menanam masing-masing tiga ratus tunas, yang semuanya berakar dan tumbuh subur.
Adapun sisa harga, sepotong emas seukuran telur ayam telah diberikan kepada Nabi (ﷺ) dari salah satu tambang, dan beliau memberikannya kepada Salman, menyuruhnya untuk membelinya secara gratis dengan emas tersebut. “Seberapa jauh pengaruhnya terhadap jumlah yang harus saya bayar?” kata Salman, mengira harganya terlalu diremehkan. Nabi (ﷺ) mengambil emas itu darinya dan memasukkannya ke dalam mulutnya, lalu dia memutar lidahnya di sekelilingnya. Kemudian dia mengembalikannya kepada Salman seraya berkata: “Ambillah dan bayarlah mereka dengan harga penuh.” Salman menimbang mereka sebanyak empat puluh ons, sehingga dia menjadi orang bebas.
