Madinda Khathazile Ndlovu-Former Highlanders and National Team Soccer Player now Highlanders Bosso "Tshilamoya" Coach.“I owe my entry into professional soccer to the famous mentor Ali Bhabha Dube who masterminded the Highlanders junior development policy development programme. I benefitted from that programme with the likes of Nhamo Shambira, Mcdonald Silongwe and Peter Nkomo among others”.
Madinda Khathazile Ndlovu was born on May 2, 1965 in the Kariyangwe area of Binga District, Matableland North province of Zimbabwe. He was brought to the city of Bulawayo by his parents when he was only three months old. His father was then working for the Bulawayo City Council. In the second capital, the family resided in the oldest suburb of Makokoba. Madinda is the third born in a family of eleven-six boys and five girls.
In Bulawayo Madinda and his young brothers used to enjoy playing a variety of sports at the then popular city council run youth clubs. It was then that he developed a special interest in soccer.
