Muy bonita exposición pero la realidad es otra muchos soportes dentro del pastel (eso no se hace de esa manera) es mi opinion,solo se pone un soporte grande largo en todo el pastel y no clavarle muchos es un alimento y asi sea de madera se contamina porque las maderas desprenden sus aromas,saludos desde Barcelona España 🇪🇸

That hammer is used only for cakes. Before, Ma'am hero uses meat tenderizer as hammer but obviously, the cakes she's making is a bit tall and you need a lot of force to push down the dowels or cake supports. Yes, styro is being used as a dummy cake because some clients prefer their cake to be like that. They either do not want much to eat cake or for aesthetic purposes only. Lastly, yes, Ma'am Hero has a lot of helpers since she cannot do that huge cake alone. That is not the only cake order they had for that day for sure. Watch the whole process and try to understand it. Anyway, do you cook your food with gloves the whole time? ☺️

Some people are just mean and like to complain and don’t know even what’s going on!!! The bottom of these cakes are foam. Sometimes two or 3 layers are foam and they do cover it and decorate it with chocolate or ganaches etc etc. , obviously that’s not to eat just for aesthetic purposes and to hold the weight of the real cake that is eaten on top. Also , they did use gloves on the part that is being eaten. This lady is very clean and popular so unfortunately once in a while you will get negative comments or people that’s just sadly life! I can only understand a little bit bcuz I speak English but I enjoy watching and most phillipino people I ever have known are kind and very hard working people. Love from 🇺🇸 ❤ 💟☮️🥰

It’s styrofoam ( the 2 bottom layers.) That’s why the stabilizer sticks had to be hammered in & not just pushed through.

Yes! The bottom 2 tiers are styrofoam! It’s less expensive for the customer & also, way lighter & easier to transport than if they were real cake!

in my observation,, nakulangan ako sa decoration ng cake,,tapos ang gulo gulo mong mag voice over,, dapat naka fucos lang kung anong content mo, tapos walang final look sa cake na all over finished , peru maganda naman ang cake tingnan, kaso nakulangan lang ako sa decor ,, sana nilagyan sa top ng couple statue para mag mukha cyang cake sa kasal, hehheeh,, yan lang po! tapos, iwasan mong insert ng insert pag nag cocontent ka ng my subject matter ,, yan lang po! overall 7/10
