That was incredible. I love the costume it made me totally focus on the dancer who never disappoints. The choreography was so stunning. This is the best contemporary piece I've seen in a long time. I hope she won because that was unreal, it completely blew me away🌹

How is it humanly possible to be this good at 12 , you are literally ready for a ballet company at age 12. I’ve seen a few 12 year olds with great technique but this is more than that , uou don’t dance like a 12 year old ..

Sarah Marie there are flexed feet and floor work, neither of which is classical. It seems more like contemporary ballet but it’s certainly not classical

augusta You are right, this is not classical. But it’s not true contemporary. Royal Opera House and NYCB do pieces like this (bitter earth and the cards from Alice in wonderland for example) and I would still consider it ballet.
