Stacked hardcover recipe books in a large, medium, and small in central would look amazing on that top shelf!

Something so satisfying about seeing you pet Marlee. Was that you telling her not to eat the garland? Airplane air is very low humidity so hydration & diet can come into play, both pre & post flight, maybe even a skin lotion. A jetlag technique for inactivity that I think crosses over into general use - toe fists. Making fists with your toes for feet/calves is like hand gripping for hand/forearms. Melatonin makes me sleep longer too so I just use it when I think I need a GOOD sleep. I do think most dentists recommend soft tooth brushes. It is so clear ... the guy answer as to what to put on empty shelves above one that has a pickup truck - MORE pickup trucks.

I think it should be said that YTer's deserve credit for dealing with some comments. I once left a reply to my own comment on a friends channel that was meant for others who might view my comment curiously. I usually view other vids of my friend before I post but the situation did not allow for it When I viewed the vids I realized the meaning - to my friend - of a harsh, immediate atypical edge rather than the soft rounding subtle curve of understanding that I would have done under typical event sequencing. An immediacy- not an extended curve - occurred because a power redirected their focus & attention - to be drawn inward in a timely manner for something. A remedy for Indecisiveness or procrastination? Or that it is available for something or someone new entering the picture? We all need that skill of focusing attention without creating unneeded anxiety for we are in the world but not of it. When a power stirs the ocean for us we look for the wave so we can time our entrance and ride it. Oh the line between supporting a friend & being a distraction. Why do we find ourselves in strange places ... despite our destination. We can look upward to the sky for answers ... but first we must learn to kneel.

It seems your experience with melatonin mirrored my own so you got me thinking here - Maybe consider how much should be taken. Did you take 2 gummies? Maybe try one. Did you take 1? Maybe cut in half. With a little experimentation there might be a sweet spot of .5, .75 , 1, 1.25, 1.5 etc. where you can get the sleep benefits without the need for extended sleep.

A short while ago someone asked what you would recommend for a beginner plan when you had a gym segment - I told them about your website routines - Got me thinking about the creative mind, marketing, & leverage. Creative minds want to create so marketing can be viewed less enthusiastically. Sponsors approach you to leverage the channel you have built to put a word out for their products. Sometimes you link a cool product in the link box or someone will ask where you got something - why should your products be viewed differently by others? Do you leverage what you have built to put a word out for your products? Can one attach a stigma, or a fear of seeming pushy, to marketing one's own products as opposed to others even if it has a universal appeal such as health & fitness? Is it pushy to casually mention during a gym segment how some have asked about routines & links are in the box? I notice your named link next to subscribe button goes to your fitness channel with no vids. A mention of a vid on that channel of you at the gym with a voice over talking about the different routines you offer with a link in the box. Marketing ... or ... Motivating - for those who want to go there? Motivation to be better us. You have specialized, gym, & home routines. Time constraints stopping one from a trip to the gym today - quick home workout before getting ready to go to a function. Perfection is a direction. I tell you nothing here as you know better than anyone what moves you want to make ... but what questions do we ask ourselves in the process? Is it a calculated decision based on use of leverage vs alienating perceptions of self commercialization or on the comfort zones you just talked about when you dropped those great truth bombs in your 10 things learned vid. Where is that point between providing info & long self commercialization? The creation of self discipline to implement an exercise or any other plan in our lives is the hard part - adjustments are easier. Can't break free of the comfort zone? How relatable would it be to acknowledge you don't want to seem pushy with products but they are are part of a healthy lifestyle most desire. Does that speak to a meeting of qualities - vulnerability ... but not being fragile - kind of a wonderful combination you seem to have.

We are in the world ... Finding time while juggling Career! Job! Social life! Gym??? Goal setting - is fitness really the goal & gym the vehicle to get there? Can time constraint anxiety be eased with good time management? The gym is certainly motivating but can a busy person gym routine or a quick home dumbbell, body-weight, or even kick/shadow boxing routine keep us moving towards the goal on days when making gym time seems difficult. While even a quick home routine can seem tedious even with some tunes playing ... could an outdoor balcony space provide a better mindset or would a little scoop of preworkout make it less tedious and more I need to do something? Do even small steps toward ANY goal seem to give us a better sense of self moving forward? ... But we are not of the world - can we create the false sense of being burdened in isolation or overwhelmed? Many say & know we are not alone - but is there a difference between knowing ... and really understanding or truly realizing this? Can the beauty & magnificence of such connectedness be truly understood by the limited mind or must it be known at the soul & essence level & then communicated to the mind where the indescribable can only be translated as a feeling of Faith. How deeply is it felt & understood, in that can we sometimes "forget" when all of our attention is being drawn upon by other things ... When that false sense of isolation occurs is that a signal to re-awaken our awareness to our connectedness & communication that is always there? What's that about an yoke being easy & a burden being light?

Please don't store indoor stuff like that outside. The moisture will cause the stuff to mold. I'm only saying this because I've been through it myself. I'm the one that DM'd you on Instagram about mine and my parents house having mold issues. I would hate for all of your decor to get ruined. Is it possible for you to the store the items in a shallow bin under your bed, dresser, or in your closet? Great video by the way, I love a good cleaning video. 😀
