Possibly a Mark IV, but it looks more like a springer pellet gun (From umerex, a mark iv clone) than a 22 even with the tandenkross because the top of the gun is missing the ejection port which a pellet gun wont have. It also fits well that he brought a crossbow. This screams that the kid bought these online direct to his house rather than filling out any 4473s or swiping them from someone's garage. It also fits well with the dude's age as well. The Umerex is 54 bux compared to 550 for the actual real 22. And that crossbow is another el-cheapo device you can order right to your door as well. Everything about this says this dude is into airguns and airgunsofarizona which sells both of these items. You can also see the breakbarrel arm under the barrel as well.

Trick is that those sorts of air pistols can barely kill a squirrel, much less two dogs and three humans. I've got a Crossman ten stroke .22 pistol and while it's considerably more powerful than my Umarex Peacemaker, even with pointed pellets, it can only just drop a possum. The would-be assassin is 26 so that's old enough for him to have the means and ability to score a .22 target pistol of some sort - likely cheap from a pawn shop. I'm thinking he probably heard about Aguila .22s and is using them, thus explaining the widget on the back as he has to manually cycle the gun after each shot.

Idk why free speech support inverted between the two partisan party’s we have. It used to be the right that wanted to limit 1a and censor all sorts of things and people. I'm inclined to think it's a .22 long of some sort as that is a popular profile for those sorts of target pistols. Checked a couple of news articles - no details on the gun but they did confirm that while being chased, the shooter forced his way into someone's home and killed two dogs before opening fire on the police and meeting his maker. Now toss in the triple homicide and odds are kind of against that being some cheap air pistol. As for the widget at the back - he might be using .22 short or subsonic rounds and so he's got that to manually reload after each shot since that sort of ammo often won't cycle a semi-auto .22 - that would make sense in light of him also having the crossbow as this guy is trying to do stealth on the cheap. Not familiar with Fuentes, but the articles all mentioned that he's a national socialist, so not someone to cry over had this idiot been successful. That doesn't excuse murdering someone because you disagree with them, but it is ironic that you've got one socialist trying to murder another socialist.
