Excited to see where this goes-- it's going to be a slow burn, but hopefully a worthwhile one. Also, the old lady giving an update on her cat on the radio killed me 🤣 The whole town has been waiting to see if ol' Morty pulled through. Oh, and Maureen totally stole the " Honey, time marches on... and eventually you realize it's marchin' across your face" from Dolly Parton's character in Steel Magnolias- she had so many good one-liners in that movie. As always, love watching your play-throughs- thanks for posting them!

17:45 Something to watch out for if you’re looking into small towns is the ratios of youth, working folk, & elders to each other. Based upon what we have seen so far, unless they’re about to get an influx of residents, this town is experiencing the sunset of its day- buildings are still maintained and living is quiet due to the elderly population.
