If only it was this simple in real life...

To be fair, there doesn’t seem to be a big reason to play as a Cleric when literally the first companion you come across in the first 5 minutes of the game is already a Cleric. (Unless you’re deep into the RP aspect and just want to RP as a Cleric but don’t want to play as Shadowheart.)
