When Madonna comes back on Ellen in 2012 she brings Rocco. It's a lot of fun. And in 2015 Ellen devotes an entire week to Madonna and she performs a song every single episode!!

So glad to see my anxious ladies again!! I love all of Madonna’s appearances on the Ellen show. At one point, Ellen does an entire week of Madonna. Those are fun and games times. Madonna and Ellen even sing in the bathroom. Fun fact, Madonna and Ellen are actually related. They are eighth cousins. Watching this just makes me miss Ellen again. I was sad when she got canceled, I did enjoy her show. Looking forward to the next interview filling in for the tour. Perhaps it’s the David Letterman one? This was unexpected. Thanks for the reaction. I am kind of sad that the Confessions era is over. She was very sweet and smiling all the time. She kind of changed afterwards, or in her own words, she evolved.

Great to see you both back with your reactions. I’m not really a fan of this show, but happy to see Madonna here graciously interacting with Ellen despite her rapid, tabloid-style questioning. Glad, in the end Madonna, the good, fun sport that she is, got Ellen to loosen up and dance. That tour announcement electrified the audience, most were likely M fans. May I suggest you view her appearance on the David Letterman Show on October 20, 2005 just a few months after she had that horse riding accident-the ending of this show was memorable. There’s also a fascinating twenty eight minute and 43 seconds video titled: Rare Madonna-Confessions On A Promo Tour-2005 Promo Documentary (Billy channel); a behind the scene look of Madonna, Stuart Price, dancers interacting and prep’ing for the tour. Very glad to see you continue on your Madonna journey.❤😊

Well, you also missed a massive event after The Reinvention Tour in 2005: Live8, which was like 1985 Live Aid but part 2. And there's a 3rd concert after the Confessions Tour called Live Earth, maybe you can react to those 3 after the Confessions Tour 😁 we love Madonna Live

This was a makeshift setup for the Ellen Show specifically for the Grammys. I think Ellen was allocated a short interview slot, which I imagine is why it feels a little too much to the point! Usually Ellen is on her game in terms of being able to establish a little more wiggle room for her off the cuff, dry sense of humor, but adding the sense of time constraints might have made this less subtle here…I don’t remember the show back in 2006, but it was still early days…I guess they probably hadn’t yet fully developed the show’s identity as we came to know it! I love how Madonna tried to grind on Ellen, and Ellen practically leapt onto the couch as if to keep her at bay! I always figured that was to avoid any sapphic undertones, but Madonna is such a natural flirt that she was oblivious and just kept moving in! P.S. I know you’re still figuring out the KZbin censors, and I’m not sure if this was suggested already, but some other channels have found that embedding a slightly transparent PiP seems to work. 💛

Ellen is not a good person, and your reaction to some of the questions she asked is very typical when people go back and watch her interviews.
