Even if we imagine that she's lip synching, then the real singer is singing live bc she starts at high pitch and she doesnt stands that pressure on her voice (Madonna is NOT naturally high pitched) and she takes the song to the heavier side of her voice, which to be honest sounded way more beautiful than her high pitched voice, and way smarter too since her velvety deep sound covers any mistake shes doing while singing (if u listen carefully at 2:53 she's panting the lyrics bc of lack of breath but you can barely perceive it). Listen from 2:00 on and you will see
