No one gives one whit about Annie Lennox. She herself doesn’t seem to be too concerned about the aging process. She’s an artist and is just good. Madonna cares way too much about her aging. Listen to a lot of other music and get them engaged in a conversation about music, anything and everything except Madonna.. and with a sufficient amount of time having passed, after a few drinks ( or a joint ;) i'd suddenly put on a Madonna pearl i was absolutely sure they will never have heard.. like Swim, original, or Father...whatever.. and suddenly these peeps go - Oh that's a really nice song!! A woman addicted to fame, scandals, achievements and exercises, how dare! Madonna has been persecuted by the media, society and the world, just for not playing the expected role, for not only smiling and saying that everything is fine, everything is just a "misunderstanding". No, it's not okay, a woman has the right to seek, to dream and to have the goals she wants. 'This is not background music.' I couldn't agree more. I've listened to this album probably 6 times all the way through, each time with a really great set of headphones on. And during each listen I find something new. 'Madame X' is sonically Madonna's best work since 'Ray of Light' and she has every right to be very proud of it. It's just a shame that the powers that be in the game of commercial radio (and it IS a game) won't give these songs a wider audience - they only see her as 'an icon' or 'a legend,' not as 'an artist.'
@saltynutsman15 жыл бұрын

@@palestar828 changing your look (which is the same with plastic surgery) has, in fact, nothing to do with "hating yourself"... this is just a stupid and way too simple way of thinking. She's evolving herself as an artist over and over again, that is and ALWAYS was her biggest passion. And yes, she also uses plastic surgeries for that, but to criticize her because of that is exactly as dumb as criticizing her for being in her age. Because? Because it is not our business at all... take her as an artist as SHE wants to be or leave her alone. It is THAT easy, but people love to hate and criticize on other people lifes. But it isn't your life... your opinion is completely irrelevant. Get.Over.It! lmao
