This 2006 MTV special: Pimp Madonna’s Ride, presented by British DJ and tv host Tim Westwood, was an episode of-Pimp My Ride UK-that ran from 2005-07-was an adaptation of the original reality tv show Pimp My Ride (US). Each episode features how the show’s auto body techs “pimped” or customized an owner’s automobile to suit his/her personality, taste and interest. In this episode, they “pimped” the gross interior of supposedly Madonna’s 2000 VW LT white van into a (as the host said) “club on wheels”; which she described as an “emporium of decadence” that’d be used for her “Sorry” mv, with lush purple and lavender furnishings, complete with sound system and an overhead disco ball. This episode was so hilarious, everyone was just hamming it up, with Madonna playfully flirting with the host who quipped: I’m feeling your pimp juice, baby. Madonna: Don’t go there!…😂..(then near the end) I’m thanking MTV for my chav. One of her dancers asked: What’s chav? Madonna: “My cheap horrible ass van, (then) my cheap horrible ass video…”. The banter here really cracked me up! 😂. Thank you for covering this one, it was really funny!❤😅

@@OurAnxiousReactions Just to add this thought: Madonna’s charm and charisma, specially during this era, is so fascinating and funny when she draws on her childlike spontaneity like when she dives on the carpeted floor of the van and starts rolling and starts twisting her leg around her neck-yoga style. Her ironic sense of humor and sharp wit during the banter, her juvenile exuberance and demeanor during the dance moves is so endearing to her young dancers and to us fans. It’s this wit, humor and spontaneity that bonded her friendship with comedienne Rosie O’Donnell when they first met in the filming of A League of Their Own (1992). Her appearances on The Rosie O’Donnell Show specially the one when Madonna was promoting her newly-released Ray Of Light album (1998) is so funny. They’ve been great friends and kindred spirits ever since.

Loved this!! Thanks. You may aswell watch Madonnas confessions album party at koko in London, (It spoils the tour a bit) but its where they get the get together vid from. Theres no 'real' video just drawings of her her performance there. She goes into 'lockdown' rehearsals before tours for a couple of months. Her horse thing and getting better delayed a proper vid so they did as best as they could with the koko footage (Its still cool). Same she may have had time for a better video for jump after but that was filmed on a break between stops in Japan. Overall after hung up and sorry the album and tour was a smash anyway so we got the tour dvd and boy it was filmed well. She spent time on the tour so much and its captured. Of course it was 100 times better when you were there but the dvd made up for get together and jump being sub par while she was busy making people happy live!! so dont lose faith!!! 'Are you ready?!' She loves asking that loud on tours.. oh you both need a drink for the next few tours! If you dont drink, you might start!

If I can recall there are Two videos for Get Together. Besides the concert video. If I’m not mistaken one was the Euro version and one was official video. Maybe someone could clear that up. I think the Euro one was better? 💜💜
