@@tomgraham3206 oh prerecorded? Is it something you saw someone else who has no clue saying on the Internet? It’s live ok, you can hear the layers , her live voice and the backing vocals which might be her prerecorded voice and or backing vocals singers .

@@charalambos singers often do it. They record an acapella version beforehand a number of times until they settle on one they like, then use that for their 'live' performance. It's not that unusual. Madonna isn't the best live vocalist to say the least so she is one of the ones most likely to do it.

As the owner of this video, who was there, I can tell you she was singing live. There is a backing track to what she was singing along with. If you skip to 2:34 she sang the word "Rain" in an octave down, which may have been a mistake (since it doesn't match the backing track)...look at the videos from the next night at that spot, and she sings that word at the pitch it should be @@tomgraham3206​
