My guild also killled Ragnaros that way, After endless hours Of farming fire-resistance gear and trying to down him every week. This one night, we wiped again and again and people were tired and frustrated..we decided to Give it one more go. We did really Well, but then we looked like wiping again. I was the last man standing After the Sons killed the 39 others. Some thought I had too much fire-resistance but man was it useful finally👌🏻 I resisted his fire-attacks like a madman, and was trying to focus with 39 people yelling on team-speak.. «aim-shot him» «you can do it!» «pop a mana potion» And down he went, oh man..my ears from all the shouting and cheering..and i was literally shaking and had the rush Of my Life! And it felt so damn rewarding After all the hard work. Thanks ever so much for maling these great videos man, I really love them! Ziliana female NightElf SurvivalHunter from the guild Se7eN. Don’t remember all names, but here Are a few: Boutlair, Dizza, Slinky, Treana, Jericho, Avi, Pitchblackk, Lunel, Omniscient, SuperNova. Miss you tons guys

3 in Naxx and a 3x S1-s4 gladiator rogue here. Very well done video. I miss MC and BWL very much. Naxx was brutal. Getting 50-55 people down to a gladiator pvp lvl commitment to pve content is brutal. If it were a 5 man or 20 man dungeon it'd of been conquered much much easier... But that many people. Also the short time before BC upset me. I wish Naxx had a year to marinate. Great vid.

Great video Mad ... brings back memories of vanilla raiding! My most vivid in MC was our newly formed raiding guild had about 3 to 4 bosses down (I was a rogue also). Our raiding night fell on Valentine's Day, and my wife and I decided we would raid. The guild had something like 30 people show up, so we were short the full 40 but decided to give it a try. Four hours later we were still trying to clear Luci and we gave up for the night. It became known as the St. Valentine's Day Massacre in the guild.

So many memories. MC was so fun, simply because it was the first of its kind. Walking into the raid and seeing 40 people launching spells and arrows at two molten giants was incredibly awe-inspiring and epic feeling. Got me hooked on raiding for the entirety of vanilla. Played hunter back then and really pushed the dps thanks to threatmeters and being ahead of the game as far as being fully enchanted and coming with mana pots and buffs. Was always able to finish 2nd in dps... could never catch our top rogue though... Joemuggz. That guy was a beast!

I recently started watching your videos and I have to say i really enjoy them. Only in the last few weeks i got really into WoW and active playing after years of dowloading and trying the trial version again and again. I would have probably startet a few months before Cataclysm, if I had the money or, for the matter of fact, a PC. My only tast of it back then was when I would visit a friend who played actively and he would let me create a character and run around and try it out a bit. But now that I can play, your videos only made me more excited, especially for Classic WoW (whenever it comes out), so I can experience the olden days myself. Especially the leveling system, the hardcore aspects and the community seem interesting to me. So thank you for for awakening this excitement for a game I was already pretty excited about. (This kind of excitement didnt happen in a long while btw) P.S.: That slowed down Roblox oof always catches me off guard and gives me a good laugh.

Main rogue here who never manage to secure a place in a raid because of being in a small guild and the large rogue population too. So I dedicated myself to pvp after I changed from Alliance to Horde ( less Horde players on my Realm so faster BGs queue)... Got to rank 8 if I remember well (legionnaire grade). I enjoyed pvp a lot but I'm still frustrated to never had the chance to raid before BC. Love your videos, some much memories are poppin up thank to you :)

I discovered your channel only a few days ago and binge watched tens of videos already. Amazing content, very good voice and, above all, a true love for the game through both the glorious and less glorious aspects. I was really not considering playing Classic but I guess I can't resist now... If you are looking for content idea, there is an area that you briefly mention in this video and that I have amazing memories about: dungeons stealth runs. I was the rogue officer in my guild and it was my duty to organize them but I'm not sure I remember them all. There was this fire guy in BRD indeed and I'm pretty sure that there was one in the Right section of Dire Maul (the one with satyrs and imps). That run required at least one Druid for tanking and maybe another one for healing. Was there any others ? Solo stealth runs were also my favorite occupation and here is what I remember: LBRS: jumping down right to the lower orc section to farm a alchemy recipe (fire potion of some sort) or farming the occasional orc and his Arcanite Reaper recipe. It was really tough even with decent stuff and required patience and meticulous execution. Loved it. I could also write a story about how trying to acquire the weapon set by soloing the rare Elite Spider between the spider boss and the Ogre platform took me 6 months, only to realize in my first PvP duel that I had misunderstood the proc and that it was useless for the purpose I had in mind :D (6 months because of all the strategies I had to try with respect to potions, picking engineering to make other tests but also because Blizz accidentally took this mob out by mistake for several weeks. All in all, I'm not sure I'd be interested in raiding again but this solo rogue action is probably what I miss the most. Anyone has solo rogue memories ? There was a mini-boss in BRD guarded by 3 succubus next to the arena spectators that looted a recipe. There was of course the Barman's shanker and I have vague memories of a tricky one with an elite whose location was indicated by cleaning a Troll room up somewhere and reading something on the wall. I also remember a rare humanoid ghost in Stratholme that dropped something cosmetic I believe. The guy had crazy dodge. (Edit: Hearthsinger Forrester looting the Piccolo of Flaming Fire, the toy that made people dance!!!)

A great stroll down memory lane for those of us that did all this (3 down in Naxx) that can no longer do this reasonably in life any longer. If I could spare 80 hrs a week I'd invest them into physics. But this is fun to revisit. Ty. I have a stockholme like love for this Nazi experiment game lol. Very fun. But as addicting as heroine and methadone, cigs, coke, alcohol, sugar etc... (I know all including wow to equally addicting lvls ... And beat them all). Wow is the only addiction I've beaten that I actually recall fondly and emotionally miss. Ty for this really well done vid. Especially from a Naxx/3x gladiator rogue. Well done. I was the guy from southpark... Pissing in bottles, letting my kitchen burn to continue a battle, playing 90 hrs a week.

I remember the main strat for the Arcane Bomb boss Shazzrah was that everyone had to use their ranged weapons to DPS him down, and stay spread out so when he blinked to you it would minimize damage. I was playing a rogue at this time, and got bored using my ranged weapon. I farmed a ton of arcane resist gear, so I was the only one aside from the main tank that was allowed to melee dps him. Just 1 rogue in melee made that fight like 20% easier, and faster
