I like number 5 the best, the leading lines in the foreground leads you up to the small waterfall and the waterfall leads you up to the mountain in the background. And then you have the interesting rocks on both sides to balance the image and to create more atmosphere.

number 5 for me. love the way the mood draws you in but then gets you to pause mid stream and reflect about life at the same time before continuing to the top of the mountain

Number 5 for me. The portrait format works really well gives more depth to the image, with good lead in lines,to take you right into the image. A lot of people would never even have thought of taken any image on a day like this, but its weather like this that can make the picture. This is skye at its best. Beautiful image in my book.

Number 4 is my favourite. I love that you filled the frame in the way you did leading to the point of interest. The water streaks are perfect and it is just so beautifully balanced. It was hard to pick one as they are all really fabulous pics. I have watched this series before and ending up going to the Isle of Skye and hiking/photographing it, and watching this again makes me want to do it all over again. I just love Scotland

For me they are all wonderful 6 is my favorite. The water has a wildness or raw feel to it. Being in landscape format lends to a feeling of vast open area. #4 for me. I love the composition, the use of the figure and the texture/movement you have captured in the water. That scene at the lighthouse was crazy, it was like they were all waiting for a movie star to appear. Great that a location is loved by so many people, but for me it takes away from the relaxation of landscape photography - one of the reason I love it so much.

Brilliant again. Brought back memories. It's been 7 years since I visited Skye. It was July 2010, there was next to no traffic, no tourists and no midges. Times have changed. We stayed at Lower Milovaig, not far from Neist Point. On the road from Dunvegan to Neist Point, you will have passed the Three Chimneys restaurant - had the best meal of my life there. Still can't believe the amount of folk there in your video around Neist Point and the Fairy Pools. Mental! As for my favourite photo, I would have to say either 5 or 6. Love the mood in both of them.

5 is my preference. Using the vertical composition adds incredible power to the mountain, allowing it to dominate the surroundings. The water flows toward the camera as if carpeted stairs leading up to a throne or altar, and the verticality presents it as if in a cathedral. Stunning.

Mads. Another epic vlog. No competition, No 4 with Sophie is just so epic. I’m a sucker for placing peeps in photos (sadly I don’t have a Sophie and have to do it myself with a remote), the whole scale thing and that light with the ominous mountain in the background works so well. The textures lines in the foreground sweep you up the image so well. Epic stuff mate! Keep up the fab work.

Great job! Love the way that you so unselfishly shared logistic details (albeit highly touristy spots) of locations where you shot. Addition of maps is very helpful. Beyond that, your "seek composition beyond the masses" attitude inspires many, myself included. I love all 6 images, but #4 stands out for me. By adding the lady in the photo added scale and dimension. Foreground details of the textured water flow work so perfectly with the triangular shape of the far away mountain. Simply perfection only MPI can muster! Thanks for sharing (man, those bugs were terrible!).
