This wasn't a serious thing they're BEST FRIENDS and they've been best friends for so so so so long if you actually stanned Madtown and knew how close their bond was you'd know they love and support each other until the end. If they feel uncomfortable each other, they will not create this kind of friendly atmosphere in a battle ground. If Lee geon isn't a good friend, they won't remain as friend for 15 years or vice versa. If they're not in a good state, Daewon won't be promoting Lee geon in his private ig. Lee Geon is a precious softie!! When the news came out that the CEO of their agency was arrested for fraud Madpeople were freaking out and worried. Lee Geon was scheduled to have a chat time with Madpi that day and he posted a pic of himself and said he would still be there and not to worry. I was so thankful and relieved I cried. Lee Geon was always a Mom to Madtown and Madpeople. No matter what was going on he has always been strong and cheerful. Watching him cry on The Unit was so hard because I have NEVER SEEN that. Ever! I understand now how much he was hurting then and how much he is hurting now because of Madtown's situation. I hope the unit makers understand that this is a segment meant to entertain and realize how sweet and gentle Geon really is.

Dana Neko if you actually know Daewon and Lee Geon they are childhood best friends and are very close. Also debut together in madtown and still with each other. They seem to be making this more comical than actually arguing. Geon is a sweet person but has flaws too just like us. Daewon is also sweet and has flaws. We are all human and have made others feel less without actually knowing it. This show used evil editing to make Geon to be some selfish jerk that doesn't care. But in the latest episode Geon and Daewon finally got to team up and they were genuinely excited and happy to be together again. Geon cried and talked about how he missed being woth Daewon. Even after this incident they have resolved this a long time ago and are still best friends and love each other deeply and still supporting each other. They have been through too much. I'm glad to see some other Madpeople on here defending Lee Geon because he doesn't deserve the hate comments. If you watched any of Madtown's videos you would see how inseperable they are. They have been together since they were children and tease each other like real brothers. Daewon and Lee Geon rely on each other so much that they joined The Unit together even though their group was gone and they are older idols. They gain strength from one another so that they can keep pursuing their dreams despite the obstacles. This segment is meant to entertain and it does. It's funny and silly and fun. It's not a real argument. Lee Geon doesn't even get to explain his side becuase the point is the screentime. The point is to highlight their commitment to work hard together. although my bias in Madtown is Lee Geon but yeah at first I felt little disappointed how he apart from Daewon and join the other strong team. But he just surely desperate to survive as u guys know what just happen about their group.. They are friends since elementary school and im sure when they are offscreen they still best friend like they used to be😊😊 dont take them wrong just from what u see in this short vid. I hope people can clear this misunderstanding and support them and other contestants in The Unit

actually, I think they did some kind of strategy. I remember someone saying from the show to scatter from your original group (ex:bigstar) and form different teams. It was to have better promotions of one's group.

i don't think that evil editing.. i think that's what really happen. you can clearly hear daewon talking about how he feel left out when geon with his more famous friends.. but geon do not deserve the hate too... sometimes best friend fight with each other. and i guess geon just feeling to much fame so that's why he do that.. but you can clearly see geon feel sorry about that. and daewon so happy when they talk like this. geon like to talking and just joking around with everyone that's way daewon fell left out when geon start have more friends. but that's what bestfriend do. they laugh together, cry together, and work together. sometimes they fight but when the fight end and they start friend again . their friendship grow more strong. so please just don't hate both of them . both of them really nice people.. they just fight like bestfriends do

I was laughing the whole time because Daewon, Lee Geon & the trainees are laughing too but I still kind of glad that Daewon was able to let it all out and say this to Geon. Even though he said it jokingly I'm sure he meant them. He seem to genuinely want to be close and hang out together again. Algen Campana It is a smart strategy and later on one could use to their own advantage. We must make connections with people that are above us in order to benefit for our own greed. It is not a proud act but in order to survive we have to do things. Also we all know Geon loves Daewon and it was probably unintentional because we are all human. We have flaws and we sometimes end up hurting the ones we love and creating misunderstandings. We are sometimes no better than others. When people bash Lee Geon they are no better and only causing others to see some distorted illusion of Geon instead of seeing Lee Geon for who he really is a sweet person but also flawed. In the end we need to remember that we would want forgiveness of others if we did the same thing to the ones we love. Words hurt, they are worse than razor blades because physical scars can disappear but mentally sadly it does not.
