The worst distribution😢 I ever seen is madverse. I release 3 album and set the date of 16 aug but they still don’t live my song yet more 10 days then the release date is set. when is email them they reply me is 4-5 day and they says that their team will review it. I contact on their twitter but they don’t reply me . If you want a safe distribution then don’t Release the song on madverse

If you didn't notice, then you should've that the company's distribution wasn't working for 10-15 days due to AAM. And then they've been working on the backlog. Also, I'm just stating what I'm using for my music, which I'm in my rights to do. If it would've been a promotional video, it would've been mentioned in my video or tagged as a paid promotion.

Sir Gamma, please release another video for the nonsense Madverse is doing. They took the money for star plan and there is no acknowledgement nor is the plan upgraded. There is no customer support too. The chat support has one day turnaround time but after 6:00 Pm they shut shop. There are other issues too. Please make another video as this one for sure will tarnish your image. I know you are simply telling us what you like but you are an influencer and what you say is not simply saying, it will influence us.

worst .. they take 7 days to release song as they say. But actually its not. Songs remain pending under review days to month till you reach out customer support. Customer support comes online but they check out your message after 2 to 3 days. If they ask something to you if you reply, again they take 2 to 3 days to reply. Saturday sunday off in customer care. sometimes all staff goes on leave for 10 to 20 days. so if you are planning to release song it means it will take a month to two. My song was about to release in first week of august, its now sept end. worst website, worst customer support. i regret spending in this website.

And the company policies and deals with the stores can be changes between the time the video was made and when you're watching it, so please contact their customer care and get the complete details before proceeding. and 197 stores this also includes the places your song will be sent after you submit it for Sync licensing via Madverse.
