I switched to Madverse after watching your video but sorry to say Madverse team is very slow to respond i have purchased their Star Plan, but there is no online support. I am finding it difficult to communicate with any of their support team.

It's been four days there is no communication from their side despite several messages and emails. I am trying to get my refund they are not responding. They are doing self publicity not helping artists in anyway.
