That's why on the album this track is titled "Fancy Clown (featuring Viktor Vaughn)." DOOM is not speaking; Viktor Vaughn is. And his chick cheated on him with DOOM, the "Tin Head." Almost every time the chopped sample goes "---'in ---ound", DOOM lays a homophone right over it. Genius. 3.
