i could never grind more than 1h/day with other classes. I picked Maegu just to catch season rewards and... I suddenly felt that I'm ready to farm both infinite potions :D just finished both, after 10 days grinding even 3hours/day which was a breeze. Only thing I miss is my lahn jumping mobility, but all the rest is wooah

Also played her after coming off of Lahn because the other classes I have weren’t cutting it I do miss the Lahn mobility because it’s fun but Maegu is like the perfect balance between flashy and really fun to play with a Lower APM so I don’t have to spamming everything on my keyboard

​@@PsychoticMercy lol, i wrote it only 3 weeks ago and I've changed my mind so much. Peronally I feel all those nerfs (50% dmg on almost all skills, delete stun, lower accuary, lowering skill radius ahead) it's like spitting in my face. I never used to pvp in BDO yet, and looks like I never will because I quit. Being a sea buoy, drifting on the surface of these cretinous decisions is beyond my patience. I choose class to play it, not to fear every day that it will became something else. Stfu preal abyss. :(

I just started playing again after a 4year pause from the game and I did the trial on Marty and I immediately swapped to her. Her particle effects and grinding is amazing. I just wished her pet was more useful like Tamer where you can ride it.

I played till lvl 58 with awakened ninja. Didnt have an issue till i got to the griffons. The elephants always helped the griffons jump me. I play maegu and within 20 minutes i could tell she was going to be my new main. The way she flows around the battlefield and explodes everything in her path no matter their ap. Taking whole mobs out with one hit with enough s and evasion skills to never be touched. Ive been caught a couple times with ninja. With maegu. So far not once.

Both are easy, seems like Succ Maegu is better overall. It really boils down to what you like though :)

I mean.. looking at twitch clips from large scale pvp you don't really see that many Maegus. It's Archer, Ranger, Drakania, Zerker, Valk, Witches and Wizards... In 1v1 it's annoying class to fight against but they don't really have that much damage compared to other classes.. In terms of pve, maegu is broken but I wouldn't say much stronger than other classes like Zerker, Hashashin, Woosa, Sage (judging only based on high end spots).. I did tag her because grinding out pen distos is pain and every bit of extra silver counts but if I wasn't running evasion I would have gone for Woosa instead.. it's way more interesting class in my opinion.

Still not sure what makes Maegu the best tbh... it's not the best in PvE, definitely not in large scale PvP and it's far away from best in 1vs1... In fact, I barely see any Maegus at all. But I am afraid the awk will be broken after Woosa awk was such a fail....

You say that but there are classes in the game right now that are wayyy over tuned and everyone sees this as "normal." They're even planning to (if they haven’t already) buff these over tuned classes even more. I'm sorry. Maegu might be annoying to fight, but she's definitely not as broken as people like to claim she is. For pve yeh, but pvp no and the only thing that makes a Maegu dangerous is if its a heavily geared one or fighting too many of them at the same time. To me she's easily beaten already and its only becoming more so with each nerf they bring in. But I guess thats what people want.
