after seeing all the behind the scenes action brings a whole new level of respect for the back stage crew and director who was able to work through all this.

So, these ships would now be in attraction parks (or theme rides for example?) If the whole series is already done and there would no longer be any movie shooting? It would make a great legacy to leave, showing the great labors and efforts of the movie. I love it!!!

Filmed in Palmdale, California... located up in the Mojave Desert, just 45 minutes north of LA. We are within the TMZ's Secondary Zone and are extremely Film Friendly. Though this particular Hanger (also used as the Airport Terminal in the Spielberg / Tom Hank's film "The Terminal") is no longer available, we are working to have Certified Sound Stages built here in 2023.

@davidhalver96922 жыл бұрын
Hey Liam ... @@liammcdonough6832 The TMZ is the "Thirty Mile (Studio) Zone"; meaning the end point (30 Miles) from the heart of Hollywood. Producers have to pay their Crews extra (a per diem) to work beyond the TMZ. I'm the Film Liaison for the City of Palmdale. Prior to that, I've worked in Live Action Film Production in Los Angeles since 1980. Check this out: kzbin.info/www/bejne/d5vdqZ1uhLCIjKM

What I love from this is the digital effects are a tool combined with practical effects. Nowadays so many movies (looking at you Marvel) are digital movies with actors in them and it's such a massive turn-off. Practical sets are so much better and these PotC movies still hold up so well!

To know the process, i think it's very scientific method and our advance technology & passionate crew did the job very well, surely they put much passion & pride in taking of editing and all that took in whole of that movie making, always wanted to be part one to participate, but yeah.. growing up and now i have to work in very different profession, still amazes me tho.

@ferax45984 жыл бұрын
i need to know
@rooster53434 жыл бұрын
Not really a difference. A specific color gets selected to be keyed out of frames. So when they choose between green or blue it usually depends on what’s in camera that you don’t want keyed out. They probably picked Blue screens because if they picked green it would probably automatically cut out the green of the Flying Dutchman
