Its been 8 years since release of MAFIA III but still looks just gorgeously stunning with Graphical Overhaul mods & with some other custom graphics mod etc etc.
Mafia III is an action-adventure game set in an open world environment and played from a third-person perspective, in which the player assume control of Lincoln Clay, a Vietnam War veteran on a quest to seek revenge for his adopted family, who are murdered by local mobs. The game is set in 1968 New Bordeaux, a re-imagined version of New Orleans

have you set ingame setting fps to unlimited ? ....... i don't think its locked at 60, you can set to unlimited in settings :D

Why it sucks can you explain.. I think in my opinion in mafia series, mafia 3 has best open world with lots of different side missions, racing, & ton of different different activities to do, by the way mafia 4 will also have same treatment in open world activities, because it has evolved some much from mafia 2 & mafia 1 remake, when it comes to open world, I think this is the right way to make & continue...
