It's not impossible, there has been cases of it, but it's rather rare. Judging by the scar on the side of Lincoln's head, maybe he moved enough that the bullet ran along the side of his head.

Naufal D'Bei technically that wouldn't be point blank. point blank is when the bullet reaches the same point as when it left the barrel. so when you shoot the bullet arches up, point blank is when the bullet is at the same height as when it left the barrel. but yes I want to know how he survived that shot from that range, the gun was pointed inches from his head... how do you miss!
