When I was younger, I installed cable tv in their house. Pretty normal family and the kids had every toy - ATV's, motorcycles, snowmobiles. Property was huge and installing cable was a job and a half. They were pretty nice. The rooms were huge and all the teen kids and friends were there. Anyway, that's my experience with that house. I didn't know it was abandoned today, because it was beautiful.

Did you know that a basic little house in Vancouver Canada costs about the same as this Gotti mansion? No kidding! If you are Canadian and not a multi-millionaire from Hong Kong there is no possibility of having a family and living a normal life. It's a real silent killer. Canada is in the process of going extinct as it moves closer and closer to becoming a Chinese possession...

_Great job on your video! Also great that you did your research on the facts. Most people don't realize the place has horse stables and multiple guest houses in addition to the pool house. For now, the new owner who spent just $750,000 on the property is holding on to their investment. I remember seeing this house on the growing up Gotti show. I remember even back then it wasn’t in the greatest condition the pond was all algae overgrown and there was always something wrong with the pool, cracked bottom or something really can’t remember the details. What a beautiful area though although the traffic noise would be annoying. Can’t believe it only sold for $750k I would think it would be worth close to 2mil. On 4 acres in that area. The house was raided by Federal Agents in 2016. Not long after that they moved out. From what I've read the house was in foreclosure. Her ex husband had taken out a $800,000.00 loan against the house that she said she didn't know about. When they divorced she got the house which had the loan attached to it. The bank was owed $650,000.00 and a payment hadn't been made it over 2 years. The bank took her to court and she lost the house. She did try to sell it in 2015 to no avail. The bank..JP Morgan is who owns the house now which would cost more to fix than it's worth. It's been sitting empty since 2016.

Is this the same house that was featured in the reality show titled, Growing Up Gotti?
@graciehernandez13642 жыл бұрын
Not an apartment over horse stable. It's for hay and feed. The door to nowhere is where they throw the bushels of hay from. I worked at a horse stable when I was 11 years old and I remember.👍

Your right 100% I actually checked out the house myself.. only one guest house which is gorgeous and near the pool area it actually goes right out to pool area only way to get to guest house or there’s a back door! Gorgeous house let me tell you. I think about it often

Great vid moon. I saw this creepy picture years ago with Victoria and her sons, but the way the picture was taken it looked like she was in this kind of a vampire stance with her sons behind her. Never came across it again, if I do i'll send you the link.

No public access, I studied law. He is still trespassing on property, even if he’s not inside. This property would technically belong to the city or bank.

There is no sign, "No Trespassing" prohibiting access, and the doors are unlocked and open. It's like an invitation.

I guess this was the house Victoria and the boys were living in when they had their reality TV show years back. I wonder where they wound up living? That would be a good buy for someone who wants to fix up this mansion. The taxes in Long Island are exorbitant. I bet if this house were in South Florida, where i live, it would have been sold already. Maybe.
@MOONEYDashCam2 жыл бұрын
There’s lots of money owed on it so it would be around 3 mil for a not so prime location and a falling apart house
