I love love love the fact that the little black road signs appear on the side of the road.In games like GTA and the Witcher I've always hated the fact that I never learn the map properly and miss the awesome visuals because I'm staring at the mini map too much. Saints Row had the idea of making it a big green line on the road, but that's a bit too intrusive.

It's because there was a HUGE fire which burned most of the original French Quarter to the ground. At the time it was rebuilt New Orleans was under Spanish rule and new buildings were ordered to be built in the Spanish style - Hollie

I love pretty much everything about this game. My only concern is the seemingly over-the-top direction with the driving action. It's a major change from Mafia II. Seems a bit less grounded. In service to fun, sure, but definitely new to the series. I can't wait to buy it, in any case. It looks amazing.

I do like the game graphically. I think that sun at 5:50 is pretty damn cool, the only thing I don't like is like the filter that's over the screen, other than that I really like it. The night time is by far the highlight graphically. Just look at the environment at 12:45 it's so good.

Full vehicle customization will be added in a free patch after the game releases. At the moment I think you can only customise the performance of a car. but once the patch releases you will be able to: Paint it Change licence plates Change wheels Bumpers etc..

Everyone's complaining about the map being too small. I'm actually content with it. For whatever reason EVERY game lately has suddenly made the leap to "Open World" which really either means way too much space with too little to do, or way too much space with 1000 repetitive quests and useless collectables *Cough* Fallout 4 *Cough*. I think if they take a page out of The Witcher 3's book, ie, things to do that are different enough and have meaningful stories attached, this could be a pretty good game.
