Ask any rich person how they made their money and you’ll always get the most half assed answer ever or they’ll try to evade the question they all have that in common. They make it seem like they have so much to say but you can tell they don’t wanna spill the bean and are holding back and start using so many filler pauses and try to small talk or deviate out of it because the truth isn’t always pretty.

Start a new life, what are you talking about? You don't think he stashed away millions of dollars that he stole? How is this motivational? The made stole, killed and cheated his way to success. It is quite scary how you people are romanticizing mobsters this way. And even now he keeps making money off of his horrible actions in the past, and what? You think he became a better person? It is obvious that he is set for life, he does not need that life anymore.
@RoughEndDrag
@RoughEndDrag 3 жыл бұрын
@@TheTwitchybird I feel like that's just about as assumptive as you can get. He's honest about his actions and he's honest about the fact that he's had a hard time not going back. If you can show me substantial evidence that he's still a bad person, I'll agree. But as far as I can tell, he made changes to his life for the better. Especially in a position that's terrifying to leave. The choices he made weren't easy. So I have a hard time thinking he did it knowing that he wasn't leaving that life behind.
@TheTwitchybird
@TheTwitchybird 3 жыл бұрын
@@RoughEndDrag Of course he is being honest about his actions, they're public knowledge. You haven't noticed how he's extremely dodgy in every single interview kind of thing that he does when it comes to things that aren't public knowledge? Why wouldn't he be honest about things he's served time for? lol. He's not a 'bad' person now simply because he doesn't need to be. He has everything he wants and needs now so why would he go back to living that life now that he's out?
@RoughEndDrag
@RoughEndDrag 3 жыл бұрын
@@TheTwitchybird he didn't need to be a better person either. Look at everyone else who stayed in the field. Either way, virtually no one is supporting his crime. Seeing Michael arguing with Sammy the Bull shows you the two polar opposites of that life. Sammy is aggressive, loud, easy to anger, possibly sociopathic, doesn’t care who he hurts and egotistical who plays on his reputation who says things to scare or impress. Michael is charming, charismatic yet very unassuming, incredibly intelligent and has morals who would only hurt someone if it was his last option, and it’s what he DOESNT say that impresses or scares you. Fascinating to see two guys from that world who are completely different. Michael’s a fascinating man. Kinda guy it would be a pleasure to have a drink with. Great content.

As the Catolic church, ran the inquisition in the midle eve, so it will be în these last times, with al who will want to live only to a 100 % "stays writen", especilay the true sabat (4th comandmnt in the ten laws, Exodus 20:8)! I recomand you get a book caled The great controversy by Ellen White! It depicts the war betwen good and evil from Lucifers fall, till the very end, and in the last 100 pages youl find everything about the sunday decret, what we live, whats to come, pure undiluted truth, with amazing insights! Is a must read for everyone who is intrested that we live the end times, and how everything, is playing out! May God help us be sheeps and not goats in that day! God bless you and youre loved ones!

No he is saved. I heard his testimony at Liberty U. He has a solid prison ministry. He was trying to live solid, got parole violated by Feds just as the big Colombo Family war was starting so he is kept from it. THEN another mobster Henry Hill run's into him in prison, Henry talks, so to protect mike he is put in hole. Third event he is depressed, a Christian Corrections officer checks on him,. Mike chases him away, within 2 min, that CO drops a NKJ Bible through the door slot. Bing Bang Boom. His wife is a Born Again woman, her entire family is. He is by his own admission blessed beyond anything he could ever imagine. He has a rare opportunity among former Fed Inmates, he can witness in Federal Prisons. To Organized Inmates. I know folks in the sewer of New York and on L.I. word on street is Mike is legit Man of God. So both the good guys and verry bad guys both say his conversion is legit. And he despite nut job Sammy says he never ratted, put nobody away. As a Christian and it is resurrection day tomorrow, I ask you, do you know Jesus? Being as BOTH the bible and grounded history indicate we are living it the end of days.

Favorite line at the end: “I didn’t get a lobotomy when I found faith, I still could easily fall back into that life” I see so many people that act like finding a religion changed their entire brain chemistry to not have the same prior urges. This man was honest about it. Great interview

I also took that as a warning that he's by no means harmless now that he found God. He will solve a problem if he has to, he just rather not be put in that position. Being put in that position would only make the situation worse for the person who put him in that position.

Are you and I good enough to meet God’s standard of righteousness required? Do we qualify for heaven? He shows us whether or not we do. Would you consider yourself to be a good person? How many lies have you told, and what do you call someone who lies? Have you ever stolen something, no matter how small, and what do you call someone who steals? Have you ever taken God's name in vain/blasphemed, even ‘OMG’? That’s taking the name of the God who gave you life and using it in the place of a cuss word - would you do that with your mother’s name? Have you ever dishonoured your parents? Jesus said whoever looks at a woman with lust has already committed adultery in his heart. Have you ever looked with lust? Most people probably have broken all 5 of these commandments. I myself have. I’m not judging you but if you have done these things then you’re a lying, thieving, blasphemous, rebellious adulterer-at-heart by your own admission. That's only 5 of the 10 commandments. God is fully just so he must and will punish every and all sin (which is departure from/rebellion towards God and the conscience) when he judges us. He cannot simply cancel our debt and let us go, or else he would be unjust. If you went into the courtroom and said: ‘Yes Judge, I’ve done these things but I also give money to the Red Cross and volunteer at an old-age home. I try my best to love people’ the judge is not going to take that into consideration. You’ve broken the law; the good you’ve done won’t help at all on the day of judgement. If he judges you by the moral law will you be innocent or guilty? Heaven or Hell? The answer is Hell. Doesn’t that concern you? But, fortunately, that is not God’s will. He is so loving and merciful, he made a way for you to be forgiven. The Son of God came down as a man, Jesus Christ, and lived a perfect, sinless life, so was the perfect sacrifice. He excruciatingly suffered and died on the cross to pay the FULL debt we owe because of sin; justice is fully done. You and I broke God's law and Jesus paid the fine in his life's blood, being resurrected again 3 days later. That’s why he said “It is finished” on the cross - in other words the debt has been paid. God has the payment ready to go for you. What you need to do is repent (recognising you are a sinner deserving God's punishment, turn to Him) and trust ALONE in Jesus for the forgiveness of your sins. Our works can do nothing as by the standard of God’s moral law we fail, but faith in him is enough to save us from all sin - past, present and future! Then though you have grievously offended God, he will forgive you and you will inherit eternal life being reborn in the Holy Spirit when you put your trust in the Lord and saviour. Too, you enter a covenant relationship with God - sonship, and truly I tell you your life will change in his presence. So repent and trust (i.e. Biblical faith), receive the free gift of grace. He redeemed me. God, The King of The Universe, came down as a man. He lived the first 30 years of his life as a poor carpenter then spent the next 3 preaching, healing and saving souls - all the while being persecuted, insulted and hated by his own people - and took the punishment to save our lives. It’s the most amazing love that anyone ever displayed. Christianity’s not just a religion. It's a pure, sweet relationship with God. Because of Jesus, I am now a son of God. He is my dad, and you can be his child too. God loves you. Will you let him come?
