Miss Nora..... Option to eliminate seapage sa rooftop ng bahay ninyo....Lalo na at may kakayahan ka nmn gumastos * Asphalt matting... Then e tiles mo...gamitan mo ng adhesive cement sa tiles.. * Kung may mahanap ka na product na thoroseal at nalcrete sa Pilipinas yan ay effective...made in USA ang mga product na yan. Kung dito sa Europe Seka nmn ang ginagamit dito Yung Asphalt matting ay ginamit sa exposed roofing ng SM Baguio... So far effective nmn...

Malaking tulong sa akin ang guava tea sa problema ko sa food allergies ko. Magastos pumunta lagi sa doctor kahit may health insurance ka. Ayoko ring uminom ng gamot lagi, gusto ko natural. Ewan ko ba di ako hiyang sa mga doctors dito, walang personal touch (personal experience ko lang)

I will try that guava leaves…I have a guava tree here in California. Lagi kung iniinom before breakfast 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar dahil laging bloated tiyan ko, pero nag work naman sa akin.
