Looks like a nice replica. I don't have this one, but I have a real M1 Carbine. The replica seems good, it even comes apart almost like the real thing. And the internals looks the same, except for the trigger system. But on the real M1 Carbine you don't have to remove the screw at the back of the rifle. It's enough to remove the barrel band and the gun comes right out of the stock. So on the real Carbine, you just have to remove 1 screw. I counted 4 on the replica, including the barrel band screw.

Thank you. Do you know if the real bayonet will fit to the rifle? The bayonet lug is there, but I do not know if it will really fit in the end.

Was your front handguard a bit loose out of the box? Mine has a little play. I haven't really had time to check it out further or even shoot it yet. I was wondering if you had that issue what you did to fix it.
