Magda's Treasure Cheats in Huge Dragons!

Love your design of this deck. I build it with a few dragons, but mostly all the 1 mana dwarves i could find, some vehicles and then grab a coat of arms, akroma's memorial, blightsteel or other cards like door of destinies, vanquishers banner. I love it!

Hey DJ, couple of must-includes i.m.h.o. are: - Experimental Frenzy - Cauldron of Souls (wonders against boardwipes/removal with Terror of the Peaks) - Tangle Wire (slows others down from turn 3, while speeding us up) - Changeling Berserker (tutorable anti removal + changeling works wonders with Cryptic Gateway; changelings > dwarfs in this deck). - Goldspan Dragon (just like Rapacious Dragon, goes fine with Molten Echoes) - Maskwood Nexus (helps your dragons create treasures, and makes your dwarves tutorable). - Winds of Change (for those dragon-filled hands). - Seething Song (to get us up to speed a.s.a.p). - Platinum Emperion (tutorable, and keeps us alive since we have no other ways to gain life).

I’ve gone waaaay more into Dwarf aggro with tribal buffs and the ability to tutor artifacts that either make things a little easier (The Immortal Sun, Vanquisher’s Banner) and then the obvious Blightsteel to start killing people. I wanted to go with tap effects and had a lot of Dragons in the deck, but after playing against a friend’s Sen Triplets and another friend’s Nekusar, I realized I generally only get one activation before either getting a boardwipe and I’m a little out of gas to put more Dwarves into play. I’d probably put a Deathrender in to at least have a board presence after all creatures are killed.

Love the channel and love the commander. It's nice to have a focused strat with dragons other than just slam some dragons and win.

I'm looking to build two decks with her in it, Depala and Magda The Magda deck seems like it will be fun to run mostly Dwarves and vehicles, I get to tap the dwarves to pilot the vehicles, and use the treasure to bring in my 3-4 win con dragons I'd rather find the dragons in my deck than to get them in hand so keeping their numbers lower seems smart enough.

awww yissss; though i'm not making Magda as a commander - i DO have a depala deck that id shelved because frankly, dwarves we're very much lacking some ooomf at stronger commander tables... time to dust off the dwarf vehicle tribal deck \o/
