Great video. In my Magento Catalog section, "Use Flat Catalog Category" and "Use Flat Catalog Product" are set to "No". It doesn't let me to change it to "yes". both options are grey. Can you help me here?

Thanks Radhe. I don't recall ever running into this problem before. I guess you could try on of the following: 1. Reindex your store 2. Change the 'Current Configuration Scope' to Store View or Website View (instead of Default View) Otherwise, it might be a 3rd party extension interfering with the Flat Catalog options.
