I would love a juicy Q&A” on the podcast! Like you and Emma talk about things you’ve never talked about and have listeners ask you juicy questions and y’all answer them on the pod! It could also be so funny if y’all had a couple drinks before lol!

My biggest NonNegotiable morning routine task is getting out on a walk!! Sometimes a jog (rarely) but seriously the moving your body part is so important to me first thing! Just makes me feel so productive!

I love morning meditation-it’s what works for you, no matter what. You come first, always listen to your heart, because only you know the truth about your Spirit.

I do my dishes every morning! After cooking at night it’s nice to just leave it in the sink and take a break. Then in the morning, they’re the first thing I tackle and it makes me feel accomplished, kicking off my morning with a clean kitchen

this is a non-negotiable for my pre-morning routine, so like my night routine but setting up my outfit for the next day! it saves me so much time in the morning instead of digging through clothes

I just recently started doing a 5 min morning meditation to start off my day and I SWEARRR by it.... it changes my whole entire day!! a must-have to my morning routine now!

My morning routine (I know is not ideal or manageable for everyone) but I start by getting to bed early so I can get up around 4:30a to be in the gym by 5. Starting my day by moving my body really makes a world of a difference. From there I go back home and take a short walk with my dogs, make myself breakfast and coffee, and take my time getting ready for work to be to the office by 8:15-8:30. This works so well for me because I’m able to focus on myself and my dogs in the morning before I go to work and interact with other people, I feel so grounded and calm - going straight to the gym in the morning also helps me avoid aimlessly scrolling socials and consuming the online world before even having time to check in with myself and my mind. I definitely think getting back to your old routine will be huge for you 🤍

hi angel. after my workouts i always drink my ‘beauty drinks’ before i eat. ag1, pique, etc. but i always go to my sunroom, stare at the ocean and every sip i set an intention for the day. or give gratitude. it’s one of my favorite things and really intentional🤍

I love your routine and I never think it’s boring! I thrive in a routine so it’s inspiring to watch imo. I wake up, move my body (cardio, weights, Pilates, figure skating), drink coffee & eat breakfast, breathwork/meditate, journal, shower and get ready, then start work. ✨

I’m a FTM to a 20 month old babygirl. So most mornings when I wake up and have an hour of silence before I have to get ready for work and get her ready for daycare. I sit in silence, pray over my family and fill my soul with gratitude. Then I drink my coffee and if the weather is nice I sit outside and breathe in the fresh air. I notice on the days I do this, I feel instant happiness and peace. ❤

I absolutely love you and your vlogs Maggie! I totally feel you about the morning routine and feeling not like yourself when you’re out of that routine. I’m currently struggling with that myself and I resonated deeply with what you said. At the end of the day it’s all about self care and love. Love and value yourself enough to put in that work towards yourself because we deserve it! This is me talking to myself too! Love ya❤

I have 2 little girls so my routine may seem a little different. Our non-negotiable routines are always eating breakfast and dinner together as a family, and getting outside for at least 2 hours everyday. Whether we’re going for a walk or playing in the rock beds, it’s important for us to get fresh air and sunshine ☀️

I obviously only know you from what you share on KZbin. I remember your very strict routines in the past for many years, to the point where if you did not do your routine you would talk about how it would make you feel guilty and anxious if not done. But I understand that a lot of what you did was making you feel productive and healthier for your body and mind. How do you plan to find that balance this time, now that you’re older and have experienced time without a strict routine? I ask bc I haven’t been able to get back to balance and have just been in a free fall after obsessive restriction.

I actually took the advice from your personal trainer in your podcast, Maggie 🙂 which is doing things that are realistic in order for them to be a habit. If we are too strict with our routines (ie workout, meditation, etc) we’re less likely to stick to them and turn them into a habit.

I really recommend the Huberman Labs podcast for anyone into health, wellness, fitness. Some of it can be overwhelming since it’s very science-based but with that being said he has routines and wellness down to a science .. 😂so i prefer it over just listening to fear mongering tiktoks that say “do this not that” with no evidence. i think he has an episode all about his morning routine !! he stresses the importance of a lot of the stuff you said like importance of movement, sunlight, hydration and provides tips to optimize sleep and athletic performance, manage stress, etc
