This has to be my favorite Upstead episode EVER! I loved everything about it! From his reaction, to her speech, and more (read the review I posted earlier today)! The last scene was so beautiful and Tracy and Jesse did a fantastic job! She finally opened up! She allowed herself to believe she can have someone to love her, to take care of her, to support her and be with her no matter what! She finally believes it! It was beautiful! Jay was simply amazing the entire episode! I can't even describe how much I loved his reaction and how he was during everything! Beautiful!

I have never loved a tv couple more than I do Upstead. Their relationship doesn't look fake at all. If I didn't know better, I would think they were an actual couple lol. I really hope that their relationship goes far in the show and since they have been building up to this for 4 seasons I think they will. 8x11 made me cry like a baby and was definitely one of the top episodes in the entire series and I loved how this edit captured all of the great Upstead moments. One of my favorite edits for sure!

I don't know why but I was never Linstead shipper even when they were thogether in real life I didn't feel chemistry between them on screen, but with Upstead it's whole different story, chemistry between Hailey and Jay but also between Tracy and Jesse is real. This was the best emotional scene in Chicago PD or maybe even in One Chicago. ❤️❤️ Love your edit❤️

I don't know if she was really 'madly in love with him' as she was saying. It didn't seem so. She felt connected, she felt safe, and she misunderstood that for love. She maybe loved him but in love? Never seemed that way to me.

Who cut the onions? God I cried so much watching 8x11. Phenomenal performance from Tracy Spiridakos, she deserves an award. Also great performance from Jesse who also deserves an award. 8x11 is by far the best and my favorite episode of all Chicago. Beautiful and amazing. I love Hailey, I love Jay, I love Jesse, I love Tracy, and I love Upstead and all of PD. Upstead is endgame.

I started watching this when I saw a rerun episode on TV. Then I binged from season 1 on after that. And I didn't completely dislike Halstead with Lindsay, but their wasn't enough of a build up there... not to mention...Erin did leave without even saying goodbye to Jay...and we all saw that it broke his heart...that sort of ruined it for me with those two.. With hailey and jay...we got to see them as partners first and friends, honestly the first episode I caught was an episode from season 7, and I already thought they should have been a couple after I realized at the time they were just partners...I think they have amazing chemistry. Episode 11 of season 8 was so wonderfully scripted, and I felt like Tracy did such an excellent job at the end...it brought me to tears.

OK, so beyond the fact that you ALWAYS make the best Upstead videos, I just discovered Ruelle very recently thanks to a skating competition (of all things, LOL) so the beautiful song plus all my favorite Upstead scenes was BEYOND amazing for me tonight. The relationship between these two is raw. It’s nothing like what Jay & Erin had in the first 4 seasons of Chicago PD, I can see that this relationship will have more bumps in the road for them in the future, but I can honestly say that I think this relationship will last☺️

I honestly think this one is better than Linstead, I've shared my opinion a lot of times about Linstead, how Jay was written as a character, and more. With Erin, yeah they were in love, but it was a little bit one sided, it was always about her - her problems, her emotions, it wasn't equal. I blame the writers of course, Jay was written much more as a love interest than more, he grew and evolved as a character when Erin left. Here with Hailey we've seen episodes where he is spinning and she confronts him - as many of them as episodes where Hailey is spinning. We've seen how well they know each other, the way they support each other. The way they open up when they get a drink you know? I love their relationship, I think the writers learned their lesson. 😊
