Yes ma'am. You can use fresh macapuno. If using macapuno preserves, reduce the sugar content in the recipe.

Hello ano po settings for baking?

You mean oven temperature? 350F. I used a regular gas oven so no other settings required. If you are using a convection oven, you can put on the fan at low speed. Bottom heat only.
