Hey Justine, I'm a baker at home too and if you don't want the little crunchy pieces by the cake pops (even though they make great snacks) then don't fill the cake pop maker as full with batter, as the batter rises like in the pans. I have a baby cake cake pop maker and I LOVE IT. Use it all the time with my nephew and I prefer the actual cake on a stick rather than cake and icing balls. So it makes me so happy

Just a tip (I have a babycakes (same brand) cupcake maker) Use a small pair of things to get them out. I use this and it works so much better!

I have the same cake pop maker, and sometimes for breakfast I’ll cook bacon, chop it, mix it in with some pancake batter, and cook it in the cake pop maker. It’s soooo good!!! Even better if you put some cheese in with it while it cooks
