Magic Carpet II HD - Progress Update September 2024

An update on another of my favourite projects - REMC2. Now, I posted videos of this before in HD, but that was a bit of a fib. While running at 1920 x 1080, the renderer itself wasn't, essentially just upscaling a slightly better than normal image. That's changed now, and they've got proper FULL HD rendering working. Apparently that's up to 4K resolution, but it has a few glitches, so it's limited to only 2K for the next release. Me on my poor old display can only do 1080p, but you can see it looks glorious.
I'm also using the included upscaled HD graphics set. I'm usually a bit of a purist for this type of thing, but you have to admit it looks fantastic here.
