We recently purchased this stand (2024). And because I watched your video I was able to put it together by myself. This was such an informative video it helped a lot. I will be getting my bf to help me put the dryer on the top shelf because it is rather heavy but the stand itself was relatively easy to put together. Also, the feet at the very bottom are called adjustable leveling feet. I had to unscrew those to work with my floor because for some reason my floor isn’t level where I have it. After I did that it was great!!

I know u took it back but when I had my portable dryer I put a knee high nylon on it to collect the lint but u have to vent it I was watching another video and the woman put the vent on the the wall and since I'm a painter I don't use putty I use painter's caulk know sanding needed and stronger than putty God bless next don't forget to get a y hose from the hardware store God bless u and the family deb

I wonder if anybody’s run into an issue with the dryer being stacked on top of the washer, having electrical issues from any moisture that may rise up from the washing machine? I have to find your video of what your laundry room look like before the stand -I may use that option. Thanks again

It can be mounted to the wall but it was very secure without being mounted to the wall. I was very surprised how secure it was

😆 😂 haha. Yes it made the area look like a laundromat. Maybe if my dryer was smaller it would have looked better lol. Some people say they kept it and used the top rack to put their detergent and stuff on top. But yes it was a no for me 😂

No you cannot dry a comforter I got mine from walmart. You can fit a QUILT but not a comforter

That shelf was no easy task doing it by yourself. But it was such a relief once I got it all together. Cause I got so upset and frustrated with putting it together. Plus when I was taking it out of the box, it smashed my foot 😖😢

The brackets are labeled top. Secure the bracket to the bar and put the stand over the bar pushing down firmly. This stand took me 15 minutes to build.

If you get a smaller dryer, it'll fit flush. 3.5cu ft is the largest portable dryer size. they make much smaller and cheaper!

Looking at you built this you can put shelf 2 backwards. Reason why i say this is because placing shelf 2 backwards will give you a lot of space to work with for the dryer hose which is exactly what i will do when i receive mine this week. Thank you so much fir the video!

@@BlessingsForTheBards I didn't have to turn it backwards I have more than enough room for the hoses. The shelf rack is very sturdy when the dryer is as long as you screw the braces to the wall . I bought the 3 cubic feet black and decker washer and the 3.5 dryer. It replaced my old double stack washer/dryer . It fit right into the standard hookups minus the gas hook up for the dryer. I love this all electric dryer because it doesn't burn off detergent or fabric softener it all smells fresh. And the washer definitely washers far better than my previous. Takes out grease stains no problem where my old washer wouldn't. I'm sure it has to do with these newer washers and how the agitation is. It's very strong I watched it wash for an hour lol
