Are you good at herbology? Even if you're not green thumbed - if you could own ONE plant what would it be? 🪴 The plant on my current bucket list is a variegated monstera - they have white in the leaves and are quite rare but extremely pretty!

This box is amazing ! But lol your reaction to the plushies felt so weird to me. Fully grown adult here and I was squealing out of excitement seeing these ! They are so perfect

The plushies are a big trend right now, mini plushies inside a larger pack themed one. Sweets are a pretty popular one - ex: a starbursts pack with plush individual starbursts inside.

As soon as you opened the shovel spoons I had a great idea. You can make dirt cake in your herbology pot mug and use the shovel spoons to eat. (Google dirt cake recipe, you'll love the photos!)

I don't recommend microwaving ceramic. It can get VERY hot. But if you did a cold dirt worms it would be perfect!

​@The Autumn Crone Dirt cake, at least the way I know it, doesn't involve baking and doesn't actually involve cake. I know a dessert with cookies and pudding that's made to look like dirt. I think that dessert would be perfect for the mug and the shovel spoons.

i am 32 years old and I must say the Mandrakes are the cutest thing in these box. i love it - They are so funny and lovely and I wish I had only one of these tiny seeds - My Mandrake are way bigger and louder, too :D

@@cherrywallis The pin from the add-on gave you the answer, you could put the plushies inside the herbology club mug. They would be cute, sticking out of the mug. And, you could change plushies from time to time since each one shows a different mood. I agree it's personal taste but I don't think you considered this option.

I didn’t look at it as something to “play” with. I looked at it as something to fidget with. Even having just one of them on my desk has prompted a positive reaction from my college students and fellow colleagues.

Love everything in this box including the plushies. As a 57 year old witch I don't have much use for them myself but that doesn't stop me from thinking the design is genius and fun. I'm sure I'll keep them for the first of my grandchildren to show an interest in the HP world. Perhaps Cherry, you can give them to the child you give the TShirt to.

Hi, You can't plant in the plant pot mug. There is no holes in the bottom of the mug to let the water out. So the roots don't get too wet. And rot killing the plant. It there holes in the botton of the mug you could not put a drink in it. So I would only use it for putting a drink in it. And I would use a norman plant pot for planting plants in.

Hi, Mandrake seeds are ment to be the seeds a mandrake plant grows from. Plant the seeds in a pot. Warter them everyday till they are too big for the pot. Take a bigger pot with some soil in it put your ear proterctors on. Pull the mandrake out of the small pot and place them in the larger pot. Sprinkling some more soil on them like a dirty blanket. Job done.

Those mandrake seeds would make some fun pet toys. For cats or smaller dogs. I can see my two queens going crazy with them, just a little spritz of catnip would do the work. Great to see you unpacking another box, Cherry. I love those videos.

funny, the mandrake seed plushies were my favorite! it just goes to show how different personal tastes can be. I love love plushies; I have sensory needs and find them soothing. Also my two little doggies would absolutely love digging them out of the bag! (once I was done with my time with them of course)

I just got my box this morning and was so impatient to come here afterwards to watch your reactions! The way you were confused by the plushies was really funny 😂 I admit I did a weird face too when I saw them, but I actually adore them! I thought that the mandrake plushies would have rice in them and be the plushies that you can microwave to use as a heating pad. I feel like that would be a good idea if it had some re-adjustments. But as it is, I also find it random🤷‍♂️

I believe this box, is my favorite subscription box of all more than any other box unlike you my dear friend I really like that tote bag with the plushie seeds. This video was so funny. Your fangirling over the notebook, pen and shovel spoons was adorable. The mandrake plushies would look very cute on your plant table. With the bag and a couple of the seeds left in propped against the wall, and then the others peeking out around some of your plant pots. At least that is what I would do with it. Here’s a bit of info regarding your “deadly nightshade” plant spike. It’s for your tomato plant! If you’ll notice, the spike has two tiny blossoms. Now google images of tomato blossoms. Bet you didn’t know your salad could be so dangerous!

A very lovely box! The shovel spoons are my fav 😊 The box has been opened by customs because it's themed Herbology, and it's not allowed to ship plants and seeds around the world without a special shipping certificate. So I guess that there must be the note 'Herbology' on the customs label and they had to check the items 🙂

For my daughter's Harry Potter themed birthday last year we had cupcakes in little brown paper take-away tubs that looked a bit like plant pots (we ordered silicone oven-safe plant pots but ended up not using them). The kids "potted their own" and we had crumbled cookie soil, icing and ice cream, edible leaf and flower decorations, edible green glitter and edible stars for a bit of magic, and lastly little mandrake cookies to put on top. We tried (and sort of failed) at making our own, but I also had different sizes of gingerbread men on hand as backup (the little Mcvities snack pack mini ones were kind of perfect). Those spade spoons would have be super adorable to have to eat them with.

The seeds look like they could be used as a dog toy. I subscribe to BarkBox and they have a lot of toys like this. The most recent I have received is a plushie Cuties bag (mandarin oranges), with 3 oranges (tennis balls) inside. Super cute!!

Aw, I really liked the plushie mandrakes. I'm a microbiologist and I keep a few "Giant Microbes" plushies on my desk at work. My young adult students get a kick out of them and so do my colleagues' kids when they visit. These mandrake seeds look very similar to the small microbes that they sell by groups of three in large plastic Petri dishes. They would look fun poking out from between other items on a shelf dedicated to Herbology!

Great box! Was able to get one plushie and put in a pot with brown paper as dirt with the little stake sticking out of it for my display shelf. Grandkids grabbed the rest, lol! The notebook was so awesome!! ❤️ Daughter stole the pen so I have to order more for my mug. Figure I will get 3, as I put a small piece plant foam in bottom of mug so they would stay upright (like growing in the mug ) when not in use. Lol. Can’t wait till you show the other herbology boxes arriving- ( WT is awesome as well so far) . We will all be set to garden all summer!
