1 cup Ice cubes
1 cup Soda water or Sprite
Instructions:

Steep Butterfly Pea Flowers: In a cup of hot water, steep the butterfly pea flowers for 5-7 minutes until the water turns a deep blue.
Prepare Lemonade: In a separate jug, mix lemon juice, sugar, and cold water until the sugar dissolves. Add the butterfly pea tea and watch it turn purple!
Pomegranate Butterfly Pea Mojito:
Prepare the Base: In a glass, muddle the mint leaves with lemon juice and sugar until the mint is fragrant.
