Is it good? I go in 5 days but i am reading mixed reviews so far

djgazzabhoy4 generally it is really good however the carts aren’t aloud to transport you up the steep hill, so a lot of walking. However the water park is ace, same goes for the zoo. The entertainment goes on till about 1 and is really loud which is one of the down falls when you’re trying to sleep on your first. The first restaruant that they showed is rarely open but in my opinion is better. It isn’t your typical British holiday as most the people there are spanish, including a vast majority of the cleaners so I would just stay out of their way. At the reception if you want to go down to the beach, will pack a lunch for you and ring you a taxi. The last down fall is that most of the place is out door so when it rains you just have to go down to the games room to be honest ( it great in there to be honest ). Oh and the birds in the big enclosure are seriously loud at around 8 in the morning when they get fed. Also when I was there the kids pool had been pood in twice for the two weeks I was there. @@djgazzabhoy4 it's great I was their but I didn't have no complaints at all. The only complaint is the entertainment... Ik u have probably already went but I wanted to say this for maybe other people reading. So ye about the entertainment, it starts at about 8 or 9pm and lasts as the other girl/boy said 1am or maybe later... But it is great! They play all games for young and older(which u maybe know from when u went as u said in the last messege lol) but we would be going home at a late time due to not wanting to leave, the only thing was I never really heard the noise from the show... Maybe bc I was in the middle and the other boy/girl was in the front but idk. So hope u enjoyed it (if u went)

we had problems using the ultra all inclusive at the resort we made a written complaint at the resort and so far 3 emails all still un answered feel free to ask me questions they wont answer me direct

Pues porque no quieres,yo he vuelto hoy justo de ese hotel 😁 está de lujo y sigues disfrutando al cien por cien,la gente que no va porque piensa que no va a ser un aprovecho en el hotel por el covid,que pena me dan esa gente que piensa eso 🤭 porque se disfruta igual que siempre es genial. en serio me da pena,no os perdáis el viaje por miedo a que no va a ser un gran aprovecho porque ese miedo no debe existir,lo disfrutas al cien por cien,jurao.
