You have no clue how much I valued this review! Thank you so much. You answered spot on to questions in my mind. Almost allready bought the trick for the hype it has. Now have real reasons to either get it or wait for later when I have more material to have it with. Good and honest points 🙏

Had my eye on this since Chris Ramsey went to Spain to film. But I wish he would’ve included the melting sharpie cap as part of the project.

It's more like a sharpie ink as you open the marker , I have watched the tutorial before I purchased mine, at first watching the trailer I thought that the gimmick was balloon, and I was wrong, he uses something else and better than the latex , and good quality to last long. If you purchase this one you'll be definitely satisfied.

@@h-sunstreetmagician1416 yes I know as well and could make one if I wished but I really want to support Tobias’s creation and hope he will continue to put out such great magic!

For jacket performers or even with um, the shirt option based on jacket workers...my first thought for cleanup is to lean into the ring getting "hot," when they first see the liquid, you're trying to shake it off. This justifies the quick movement and with the visual change back to a ring, you have a moment of very strong misdirection for cleanup. Nice and clean before they even start burning your hands. Just an idea. You know the score. "Cleanup using your favorite method." ; )

My "kids" needed me to drive them to a cosplay photo shoot, which gave me a new perspective for magic. This could very easily fit into something that would make someone do a double take. Could go really well with something ITR.

Im a 30 year working professional, and I've never seen a trick this over hyped. Thing is (and I dont remember who because he needs credit) I saw this in the 80s somewhere that this performer had made something similar from a thimble and wax. Hope theres old video that resurfaces or at least the name of the person comes out.

It costs 75$, the set of rings worth 60$ , so all the Gimmicks he's selling at 15$ , definitely best price. At first i was skeptical by only watching the trailer i thought he was using a piece of balloon, after i got the video explanation i was surprised positively for good of the quality and it's not balloon or latex that i thought before, it's something better and good quality to last long, so i have ordered mine, it needs good practice in front of a mirror .

This is a trick that is promoted by too many magicians in a non honest way. Uri Geller can't be trusted obviously, but what other magicians like Dynamo say, it simply does not add up. I received my version and the gimmicks are not well made in my opinion, you can see things being glued together and the rings all have weird abrasive marks (3 or 4 per ring) on the inside. Is it fun? Yes, for a max of 10 dollars in a novelty store. This is not a professional trick, stuff from Tenyo is even much better imho.
@magicorthodoxy3 ай бұрын
the gimmicks should never be closely examined and it'd be better if the rings were borrowed
@kupfeli3 ай бұрын
@@magicorthodoxyyes I agree, but for this amount of money the quality could have been much better. The quality of the box is superb though, but that is not the magic of course. I love original ideas and this one is very original, that I must say as a positive thing.

Mine is supposed to arrive in the mail today and I swear I’ve been checking the tracking every 30 minutes since yesterday 😂 I’m so excited to play with it! After watching Beau’s livestream with Tobias Dostal the other night, another thing they showed was how durable the gimmicks are. They were trying to rip them apart (not recommended) and couldn’t. They’re also apparently very easy to clean. It’s always good to know that the product you receive is high quality and going to last you a lifetime if you treat it well. Especially when you’re paying $75, which is a lot for many people. Great review as always, David!
